We waited to try out the only restaurant in Colorado on the list of USA's best in 2024 until the flurry died down a bit. My husband had the Kung Pao Chicken special served with rice. Presentation was simple. He gave the dish a thumbs up. I had the Smashed Cucumber salad with an order of Green Onion Pancake. Cucumber was cut up and served with a rice vinegar garlic sauce that I liked. The pancake came in 4 pieces which I shared. Simple presentation, food was good. Lots of pork dishes which I don't eat.

We were late to discover this hidden gem less than a mile from home until the USA Today rating was reported in the local paper. We have since visited three times, for both lunch and dinner. The lunch specials are limited to two choices, but they are tasty and generously priced. The hot and sour soup is the best I've had, with just the right amount of heat without being overpowering. The authentic ingredients make for an interesting offering in Colorado. The fried dumplings were quite plump and savory. The freshly made noodle dishes offer many paths for culinary exploration. We have much more to discover, and we will return to do so regularly.

This spot is a great place to find authentic Chinese food. The food was so delicious - we loved the chicken noodle and the henan gravy noodles! The onion pancakes and Chinese hamburger were also really tasty. The food is delicious and the service

I have been to Beijing Noodle multiple times for lunch. The lunch specials are so tasty and just right. I am partial to the Monday/Friday and Tuesday/Thursday specials. When they have their sticky rice dumplings, get them! They are so savory and delicious! I love the house special (Beijing) noodles. My family has had soup, rice, noodles, dumplings...we've enjoyed it all! It feels different from most Chinese-American restaurants, and that is great with me!

Finally noticed this place and googled it to find they make their own noodles daily. Ordered takeout. Really exceptional. This gives you a more authentic take on this type of cuisine. Food was all scratch made and full of flavor. The establishment was super clean and they obviously took great care regarding COVID Oh. Let's not forgot the service. The gentleman that owns it is super nice. We will be back often!

We were staying up at the KOA campground and jonesing for Chinese food, so I perused Tripadvisor - so few Chinese places! This looked interesting so we ordered. WOW!! This is some of the best Chinese I've ever had, and the noodles! They make them fresh daily, so they are unbelievable. We were starving and wanted leftovers, so we ordered a green onion pancake (crispy and perfect!) and pork dumplings to start (the dumplings were also perfect), then the Wuhan noodles with hot sesame and peanut paste (these have a slightly pasty mouthfeel from the coating but are delicious hot or cold), the oil spill noodles (my husband LOVED these - the perfect amount of spice and he really liked the Sichuan peppercorns), and the Beijing noodles with pork bean sauce (the ground pork/bean paste was delicious). The topping of carrot and cucumber shreds was beautiful, fresh and added a great crunchiness to the dishes. Everything was beautifully presented and just really first rate. This is a tiny place at the end of a strip mall, but YOU NEED TO GO HERE!!!!! I would consider returning to Ft Collins just to eat here again - it's beyond delicious!

My wife and I were looking for a place to eat and Beijing Noodle popped up on DuckDuckGo. It was near our office so we decided to try it out. The food was delicious and amazing!! I can't remember what my wife got, but, wholly cow !, it was perfect! It had thin sliced pork belly with thin sliced cucumbers, topped with cilantro in a chili sauce. I had the lunch special for Thursday and it had pork belly, with pork shoulder in a mixture of peanuts, celery, onions; this was topped with sautéed cabbage with rice. Oh my goodness, this really hit the spot! We will certainly visit again!!!

I'd rate this place between Oct/2019 and Sept/2020. Dennis is more than likely the fellow who will greet you at the door, and he's always smiling and happy to see you. I think one that needs to be said is that this is not fusion restaurant. This caters to authentic Chinese+ tastes, so don't expect over-sugary Kung Pao. I would say that for the Coloradan/Wester palate, it's worth starting out with the "Chinese hamburgers" (it's like a fried, leavened bread, filled with sliced and cooked beef and green peppers). After that, I would really suggest looking into any of the "strange taste" dishes- this is the Sichuan peppers that will numb your mouth, are totally spicy and delicious. The numbing is what makes it so good. Dennis, and Beijing Noodle House, are amazing, and this is the only place I'd go for Chinese food. Dennis will generally greet you, and he is multilingual and totally cheerful. He is amazing, and if you aren't sure what to order, he will help you out. I am a white dude born at PVH, so I've grown up with the Fort Collins palate for better or worse. I love coming to Beijing Noodle because the overly-sugary, somewhat Americanized dishes can get pretty boring and are rarely healthy. I love Dennis and Beijing for having tons of options to step out of the western palate. I'd start with the Chinese Hamburger (Rou Jia Mo)- It's shredded beef, green peppers and spices. Totally acceptable to any local palate. I'd then go to Oil Spill Noodles- here you can try the Mala/Sichuan peppercorns which make your mouth feel numb? If you haven't tried it, it's like... low-key licking a 9-volt battery, but in a good way? It tingles and it's a totally refreshing, unique experience. There's a lot of broccoli there to help you adjust to the new sensation. After that, just try everything. I like their beef noodle soup a lot; it is NOT a Vietnamese pho, it's a mainland difference and it's really neat. Ultimately, I have always been warmly greeted here, taken care of. Dennis and everyone who's worked here has been completely wonderful. Dennis is super kind, sweet, and loves to serve you their food. Beijing Noodle rocks, and we're so lucky to have them in the middle of our city!

Delicious dishes and great customer service! The rest of my family ordered the lunch special (Mao Pao Tofu and Beef with vegetables and rice) which they devoured. I ordered the Shredded Potato Salad and Fresh Tofu in Sichuan Spicy Sauce w/chili oil. Everything was so good. I highly recommend the Beijing Noodle Restaurant for excellent Chinese cuisine.

This is such a unique restaurant. Very authentic and delicious. But with that said, I always order the same thing, the Beijing noodles/ Zha Jiang Mian. Lovely tender homemade noodles topped with pork, spices, cilantro, carrots, cucumber and then I add quite a bit of the hot chili oil that is on the table. My husband always gets beef noodle soup. It is good as well and neither of us has branched out after many visits. I keep thinking that I will order the Oil slick noodles but maybe next time.

This place is a hidden gem in Fort Collins. Friendly staff and fantastic food. This is the real-deal Chinese food and they serve some of our favorite dishes from our time traveling in China. Our favorite menu items are the shredded potato salad (crunchy potato strings with carrots and celery, it's refreshing and light), the green onion pancake, and the beijing noodles with pork bean sauce. The portion sizes are huge and well worth the money! You can't miss this place.

I'd been hearing good things about Beijing Noodle from friends who used to live in China and had been wanting to check it out. I was very pleased! My kids and I had the Tea-flavored Egg and Green Onion Pancake. They split the Pan-friend Chicken Dumplings which were delicious and a great deal for hand made dumplings. I had the Sichuan Noodles which were equally delicious and had a good bit of spice. I asked the server and she said all the noodles were hand made which is amazing! The owner came out and talked to us and the service was great. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for authentic Chinese.

I had dumplings which were good but there were only three choices. . . all meat - chicken beef and pork. 12 were $10 which I think was a bit pricey without anything else. I would have preferred a mixture with some veggie dumplings or fewer dumplings with soup or a bit of salad. Too much of one thing. My vegetarian friend had the sesame noodles which looked good but there were not many choices for vegetarians.
