Nice little restaurant nestled right off campus. Good portions and very flavorful. Quiet restaurant with friendly weight staff and a good variety of food to choose from.

This place has good Vietnamese dishes with generous servings. The service was quick and friendly too. We had pho, vermicelli noodles w/grilled pork and the fresh rolls. All in all, a good place to stop at if you have a craving!

Maybe it was because we were there on a slower time on a Wednsday, but holy smokes the food came out fast! Tasty food as well. For $9 both my brother and I got our lunch combos. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a quick lunch.

Went to the new Saigon Grill location. It is in the old McAlister's Deli location on South College in Fort Collins, CO. They've done a nice job of cleaning up and remodeling the space with many spacious booths as well as individual tables. The confusing part is that they have a counter at the back where all patrons pay for their in-house or pickup meals, So if you eat there, you don't pay your server, you get up to pay at the counter.
The prices for all the meals are reasonable and inexpensive.
I ordered the Pork Spring Roll appetizer which was just fine, nothing special. I wondered if I should have had the Shrimp Crystal roll; maybe next time. Onto the main course.
I ordered a medium Chicken (Ga) Pho and my friend ordered a Chow Fun with Pork. My Pho had all the right accompaniments (Thai Basil, Sprouts, Sliced Jalapeno, Sriracha, and Hoisin). When diving in, the broth was weak and with little flavor, and the chicken had no flavor at all. It got better as I ate more but I wished it started better. Probably will not go back for that.
My friend's Chow Fun was delicious! If I go back, I will have that. It did look suspiciously like the Chow Mein of my youth, but delicious.
I must state that the service from all was great, and I'm sure that the Saigon Grill team will get better at what they do, but I will wait a couple of months before I return. By the way, currently they do not have a liquor license so have the Thai Tea (delicious) or another soft drink. I wish them well.

We have been a frequent customer of Saigon Grill on Lemay in Ft. Collins for years and the new location is a major step up. They have been open here for less than a month and the Lemay location is temporarily closed while they focus on adjusting to a much larger seating capacity, enlarged menu and new staff. We were not disappointed with our first time here as the quality and service were great. They have done an outstanding job of remodeling a former eating establishment into a very attractive and comfortable dining room. Eventually, they hope to add wine and beer to their offering, as well. We are anxious to try some of the new items but it is difficult to pass up our favorites; pho', drunken noodles, chow fun and fresh crystal rolls.

After reading a January 18th local article which profiled pho and the restaurants that served this soup, this was my second place to visit.
The pho was delicious and the service great. I noticed quite a few pick up orders while I was having lunch.
Will definitely stop in again.

Great locally owned asian restaurant. The Sesame Chicken is consistently good. The heat level does vary a bit too much though. My co-workers and I have eaten here countless times and always enjoy the foor.

They have a great variety of Vietnamese dishes. The food is delicious and worth stopping or taking out. It is a small place, but they serve big flavor. Bring you doggy bag because you will get plenty of food. Enjoy!

You should not drive past this place if you find yourself in the mood for Vietnamese while in Colorado Springs.  I chose it based on reviews I had read and they were not lying. Don’t let the hole in the wall exterior fool you, its whats being served on the inside that counts!! The atmosphere is nice, relaxed, decorated simply and beautifully.  We were greeted and seated immediately. Â
Our server was the owner’s son and he was friendly, exuberant, and made us feel very welcome. The service was quick from the minute we got our drinks all the way to the check!! I had the wonton soup.  It was delicate, yet complex in flavor.
My companion had rice noodles with chicken. Â I had a few bites, and the chicken was seasoned with a unique flavor, the noodles tender and delicious. Â I had beef with bursting-fresh mushrooms, carrots, and fresh snow peas. Â The sauce was light, yet complimented the dish perfectly. Â The owner came out and talked to us which was very nice, and let us know that she gets everything fresh. This definitely could be tasted in the food!!
Saigon Grill was a great experience and we will definitely be back if we ever find ourselves in Colorado Springs again!!

Food is good and great for takeout. Sometimes greasy but I guess that's what you get from a place like this. I like the sesame chicken because it is crispy. Atmosphere is nothing fancy; I recommend takeout if you eat here.
