Sorry we waited this long to try this establishment. The Stemmari Nero was smooth and flavorful. Transfer Day IPA was excellent. Mick’s Grinder was a little over cooked, but good. The gnocchi was fabulous. Fair prices. Excellent service. Nice ambiance despite the crazy, smoky day.

We ventured out for a date (with masks) after 4-5 months of delay. Cacciatore had a table available and they were well in line with public health guidelines to keep us safe. Moving on from that we had a wonderful evening. Cocktails, appetizers, salads, and...a main course. Thank you to our wonderful waitress...you smiled with your eyes and kept us happy. Great food!More

Artisan creative menu, food has never disappointed. Someone mentioned portions were skimpy, I disagree. We both came home with doggie bags, but my dog won’t get my leftovers. Best Italian in town.

The new location recently opened and we love it. A good 3-4 times larger than the original in Fort Collins but still capturing a warm and cozy feel due to the extensive use of brick throughout the interior. Pretty much the same menu as the...original one and the food is very similar, as the chef has moved over from Firt Collins. Definitely worth a visit!More

The service was very good. The food was quite tasty; however, the entree portions were skimpy - - at least what we chose. My husband is not a big eater and he went away hungry. I almost always get a go-box to take leftovers home....Not here. There was not enough to have anything remaining. The bread served for 4 might have been good for 2 at best, and the butter was barely there. To add insult to injury, they charged a 3.99% credit card fee, so essentially 4%, stating this fee goes to the bank, not to them. And that is supposed to mollify us??? That is if you happen to read the bottom of the receipt. They do not tell you about this cost, which I believe they should since it is an uncommon practice among most eating establishments, in fact among most businesses period. They phrase it as a discount if you pay cash, but it is no discount. The total due is the full amount of the prices listed on the menu. It is an ADDED amount if you use a credit card. So that is deceptive wording. We did not notice this notification until we got home. Needless to say, we were not pleased to discover the extra cost charged to us. This is the first restaurant where we have been assessed such a surcharge. The vast majority of retail merchants consider this the cost of doing business and do not penalize the customer for this expense. Guess where we will not return!!!More

This is a bit of a smaller restaurant, but we've usually been pretty lucky getting a table. House made pastas and a range of other dishes, good wine list and cocktails. Sit outside if you can and the weather is good!

If you’re not in the Fort Collins area, take a drive, it’s worth it. Excellent menu choices, covering several cuisines, many can be made gluten free. I’m not but my dining partner is and we both enjoyed the calamari made gluten free. If you wish...to dine outside during warm weather months, I recommend making reservations. Dining inside is fine, enjoy the pictures on the walls. The prices are on the high side, however, it’s a place you aren’t going eat at on a daily basis, splurge and enjoy!More

Quaint Italian setting for a gathering. The inside of the restaurant is more intimate as well as a fabulous patio outside. Fantastic food with a great wine selection. The Owner is from Italy and has family there with a history of staple recipes. Very authentic,...even the flour used for the hand made pastas is from Italy! Yum...More

This is another Italian joint in FoCo worth a visit. It is small but the food is excellent. They have a stand-up bar as well. I went with a business group but will bring the wife here on Date night for sure.
