We had a group of 40 needing a place for an evening ballot party following a speech tournament. Papa’s offered us a special menu, remained open for us even though our tournament ran 2 hours late, and spoiled us with good food and above-excellent service.
We felt badly for arriving so late, but the entire staff was nothing short of enthusiastic and kind. Papa’s has a warm, attractive atmosphere and we hope to have the pleasure of visiting again!

We have passed by several times with the promise of visiting and we did today. Sad that we have not been here sooner and more often. I ordered the antipasto salad and partner ordered a side salad. Both were fresh and they were a perfect size. We ordered a 16 inch pepporoni and sausage pizza...the crust is as we have eaten in Napoli and Roma. Cooked to perfection with a slight char and it was well topped with meats and cheeses. They have Florence Brewing Company beer on tap which is just a bonus. Clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

A great place to eat, service was excellent, the menu was full of choices. The place was clean.
Had the carnivore 10". It came out at a Normal time, pizza was hot and cooked perfectly. Had the right amount of toppings and sauce. Crust was good, and normal thin crust. They have a 16" pizza available too.
They had a selection of beer and liquor.

So I mistake Bogo day for calzone day and had to restart my order. I then asked if I could add toppings to the free cheese pizza that you get and I was told guess each topping will be one dollar. I ordered the pizzas and went into the restaurant, paid for my food and ordered a beer. While I was waiting for my food I heard the cook say was that lady that walked in the one that gave you the hassle and I never got my beer. By the way each additional topping was 199 not one dollar and there were very few toppings on the pizzas anyway.

Excellent pizza and other items. Went with visiting family to Florence, CO and stopped in at Papa's for lunch. Great customer service. Fast and friendly. Nice selection on the menu. Some had a large pizza other a sandwich. Very tasty and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. You will really enjoy this restaurant.

Very casual but really good pizza and Italian dishes. Try their Boom Stick...we substitute the bacon with pepperoni. They have lunch special and have daily specials. Their 2 for 1 pizza on Tuesdays is a favorite with 2 for 1 calzone on Thursdays coming in a close second. Their salads are super fresh. Staff is very personable and keep this place clean and comfortable.

We visit this place weekly. It really depends when you visit the experience you are going to have...it is either really good Italian pizza and other or not so good. Their boom stick is absolutely delicious, and we get it every time we visit. Our experience last week for example was on a Tuesday and the service and food was excellent...cooked exactly as we requested. Our experience yesterday which was a Thursday was poor...service and food. The service yesterday was slow and the food extremely sloppy. We ordered their special which is a slice and a salad. The pizza was almost unrecognizable like the cheese and pepperoni had slid off and was put back on. The cook said he sliced it incorrectly so instead of one big slice it was parts of two slices...over sauced and undercooked crust. We asked the waiter for our salad when he brought out our check. He was very apologetic and asked if we wanted to take it carryout...we ate it there but it was not their normal fresh product we are accustomed to. In summary, great place to visit but I would definitely visit on Tuesday and try to avoid later in the week a recommendation that comes from multiple experiences and now a lesson learned.

We visited Florence for an afternoon to look in the shops and wanted to get a bite before driving home. We stopped into Papa's for and appetizer and a cup of coffee. We tried the January Special app of Stuffed Mushrooms, Boba Feta, and Meatball Sliders. This was not appetizer; it was more like dinner! The mushrooms were great, the meatball sliders were excellent; it was more like a sandwich that was cut into small bite-sized pieces. Very good meatballs. The Boba Feta was the show-stopper. The dough is tender and melt-in-your mouth, and we couldn't stop eating it! They were nice enough to make us a cup of coffee, given that it was late in the afternoon. All in all, a fun stop. We will go back on our next visit!

We discovered Papa's on our annual vacation to Florence last Spring and went many times over the days we were in town! We just returned yesterday and it was our very first stop!! We already plan to go in for lunch appetizers today and will definitely be back. The pizza dough is so amazing and we have not been disappointed with anything yet!

We have ordered carry-out pizza 4 or 5 times. Have been highly satisfied every time, based on that would really like to try their other items! Pizza is always great, but as other reviewers state it is a little on the pricey side.

The menu includes a lot more than pizza, such as delicious Chicken Alfredo, as well as other pastas and delectable salads! A friendly staff and warm atmosphere make this restaurant a terrific experience!

We order pizza to go about once a month from Papa's. The cost is quite a bit more than our local delivery place, which shall not be named, but the extra cost is worth the quality. The sauce is flavorful, the cheese melty and plentiful and the toppings are all quality. With three little kids we mainly stick with just pepperoni and cheese, but we have tried the Florence Med, which was very good. The kids also like their pretzel bites and garlic knots. The few times we did eat inside, the service was good and tables clean. They often have movies or tv shows playing on their huge screen, so it is a kid friendly place.

We debated where to eat and after a few conversations with locals, we decided to relax and try Papas. We are very glad. The food was delicious. We had garlic knots, Hawaiian pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The service was good even though staff was pressed with a good crowd. And they have the local beer on tap! Sorry. We were hungry and forgot to get a pre-dinner pic.

I had the carnivore pizza and a dessert.. Everything was decent, but I would try something different before going again. Draft beer was cold and the employees were friendly, the pizza crust was somewhere between thin and hand tossed, there was a fair amount of meat on it but I expect more cheese for the price, I get it when Dominos charges $6 for a pizza but when it's over double that price I want some cheese. The zepole were okay, I thought they would be more like a pastry than they were.
