Had the Split Pea and Indian Chili. We added a bit of pepper to each to spice it up. Nice textures. The people were super friendly in there and gave whatever tastes you wanted. Also had the Pastrami Reuben and that was tasty too. Very easy to order and very quick.

I have never been disappointed at Da Kind soups. I go in for a good bowl - or quart! - of fresh soup and get friendly service with ever-so-patient workers willing to let you try any or all! The bread they add is a bonus! The sandwiches are also great and made with fresh ingredients. My favorite is the pastrami... More

I used to order soup all the time but haven't been thrilled with recent flavors. However, the soups usually change from every day to every other day so you can always check the menu to see what's new. The sandwiches are great due to the quality ingredients. I love the pastrami Ruben.

First-time visitor to Da Kind Soups. Servers allowed customers to patiently taste as many different kinds of homemade soups, all with unique textures and ingredients. Quarts of each soups range from $8 - $11. After sampling four soups (all which were good) we picked our most two favorites. Were surprised to receive two large pieces of homemade bread to accompany... More

They have a variety of soups and you can taste them before deciding which one you are in the mood for. I got a turkey sandwich and cream of corn soup and it was very good.

I just moved to Evergreen, and this place is awesome. The people are unbelievably friendly, and the soup / sandwiches are amazing. It's not cheap, but not crazy either given how good it is. The tomato is a local favorite, and their grilled cheese to go with it is great as well....

Excellent variety of soups and sandwiches. I had the poblano corn soup that was very tasty with a half a spinach salad that had tons of nuts, blueberries and other yummy ingredients. I also tried a half tuna melt! It was very cheesy and highly delicious! If we had a place like this at home I would go weekly! Great... More

Soup varieties change often. There seem to be 10 or 12 choices daily with some constants. Tomato soup, chili, chicken noodle. The soup and and the service are both very good, as are the sandwiches.
