Five of us had dinner out on the back patio of Zino’s. Service was attentive & professional, tables were appropriately spaced apart, and waitstaff was wearing masks. Everyone enjoyed their meal, but a friend & I hit the jackpot with the Elk Bolognese with San...Marzano tomatoes, and Palisade Peaches. The flavor and texture was perfect... the peaches provided a slight counterpoint to the acidity of the tomatoes. Zino’s has a very good wine list, with a choice of 6 or 9 Oz pours if you are purchasing by the glass. Highly recommend.More

I have posted a lot of reviews online and I very, very rarely give a negative review so please take my warning about the way this restaurant does business very seriously. My warning to anyone making a reservation here is to not provide you credit...card in advance. The management here cannot be trusted. We placed our reservation through our hotel concierge. On the day of our reservation my wife called to reschedule, after being placed on hold were were told the date and time we wanted was not available so were were forced to just cancel. 5 days later, the restaurant charged our amex $450. My wife immediately called to inquire why we were just charged and the man on the line stated it was a no show fee. My wife tried to explain to him that we called and cancelled the reservation but he proceeded to argue with her telling her they had no record of the cancellation. My wife then gave me the phone and I tried to explain that I was right there when she called in and again the man argued with me on the phone arguing that he lost revenue. As a business owner myself, I am sympathetic to the losses of revenue experienced by most businesses, but we did the right thing, we cancelled our reservation and we cannot be held responsible for their loss of revenue. In addition, it is wrong and even criminal for them to charge our card $450 after we cancelled our reservation. I argued with the man, I explained to him that I would be forced to file a dispute with Amex (Which I have never had to do before) and his response was that I should go ahead and file the dispute. My recommendation to anyone reading this is DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS RESTAURANT. They cannot be trusted with your credit card information and they cannot be trusted to do the right thing.More

First time diner as I wanted to travel outside Vail for some variety and found positive reviews on Trip Advisor for Zino. Place is beautiful with upstairs (bar) seating and main dining room downstairs. Great ambiance and service. Had the Cioppino which was excellent. Most...dishes are gluten friendly and staff is very knowledgeable in this regard. Will definitely go back next time I am in the area.More

My son and I were in the area and stopped one evening and I am so glad that we did!! The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, fresh and came out quickly. Sadly we had a table of very unruly children next to us...while their parents were at a different table and obviously oblivious to their antics. Of course that isn't the restaurant's fault but I would have liked a little intervention. I had to actually tell them to stop throwing things. Once they left we very much enjoyed the atmosphere. We tried many of the chef's specials for the evening and were not disappointed in the least other than wishing we had ordered some more to go, other than leftovers. I did not take pictures of all the food we ordered but here's a little tease.More

What a great decision to spend Christmas Eve with beloved friends at Zino. The whole environment for the Christmas Eve was just perfect, DELICIOUS food (best butternut squash gnocchi I've ever had in my life!!) and amazing service from my reservation call to the suggestions...of wine, specials and the beautiful picture they took of us that night. Can't wait to be back in town to go back there.More

Our favorite Italian restaurant in the Beaver Creek area did great again! Gnocchis, Pizza, Meatballs, Raviolis... except the Carbonara which was disappointing (they did not charge us for this dish). you name it and all is very good. For wine I recommend the Barbera di...Alba “Cavallotto”More

Really strange that this is from the same owner as Sweet basil, the food is AMAZING always. Perhaps they should swap chefs???

Scheduled a late night dinner in Eagle on a slow Sunday evening. Excellent service and atmosphere. Burrata appetizer was amazing. Very filling. Pasta was fresh and very tasty. Had to take half home as the portions are massive. Great value on some wines on sale....All in all an excellent experience.More
