The restaurant was busy so we sat at the bar where we could watch the cooks. The waiter recommended the seafood ravioli which I ordered. It was very chewy and not pleasant to eat. I did not like the texture so mentioned it to the waiter. I was told it was cooked "al dente". Under cooked pasta = "al dente"?... More

I went to Café Milano to have brunch on a Saturday morning. The food was mixed. They have wonderful corn beef hash. I had that hash served in their Amsterdam Benedict style. The Benedict starts with a croissant on the bottom, then a layer of the homemade corn beef hash, topped with poached eggs and a hollandaise sauce. Unfortunately the... More

Wonderful restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. We stopped for breakfast and had the omelet. It was very tasty. Full coffee / espresso drinks and full bar. Service was very good.

Very good Italian-inspired food for all meals. Dinner has some great entrees and pastas. Everything is fresh. Good wine list and full bar. Atmosphere is a little eclectic with different tables and chairs mixed around, but it adds to the ambiance. Definitely a good choice!

Stopped in for a quick dinner after an airport run. This is the restaurant you expect all Vail/BC restaurants to be. Friendly and accommodating service, delicious food, delightful wine. Easy guidance on gluten free (the more fresh the food, the healthier for all!). Highly recommend adding this to the vacation list of 'must-eat'. Do not let the fact that it's... More

This is a terrific new restaurant with food as good as many of the greats in the area and the even better news is it is at a fraction of the price! Good bar area, nice dining room and a very pleasant outdoor area. Their charcuterie platter is as good as you'll find anywhere. We also had a great crab... More

I am not sure why Cafe Milano is not more crowded. We arrived at 7:15 on a Saturday night, in prime summer season and had our choice of tables. Food and drinks are very reasonably priced and we liked everything we ordered. We had two different salads and split the veal bolognese, which is our favorite entree. Bread is included... More

We made the wise decision to eat breakfast at Café Milano in Edwards. Their breakfast menu is extensive and covers all the bases. Pancakes and waffles are delicious with many options for added ingredients. The "Hot Mess" is an egg & hash brown combo that can be enhanced with meat, cheese and an assortment of vegetables. Service was excellent. We... More

I've eaten lunch here two times while traveling and have been very impressed both times by the great service and delicious sandwiches. No complaints at all. (I'm pretty picky too!)
