Great concept, bookstore and coffee shop combined. Easy walk from anywhere in the Riverwalk area. Friendly employees and a must for anyone.

This is a place that I wish more would model after. It is a place that we always look forward to going to even though we live across the street. It is a local's favorite that serves excellent coffee (that is if you like coffee that has full body and flavor and is also organic). The crepes are made by... More

Enjoy browsing the bookstore before or after enjoying a mouth watering crepe or latte. Great casual meeting place or light meal. Fresh and enjoyable!

Who, besides a complete nutcase, goes to a bookstore nearly every day? Umm, this nutcase. As a matter of fact, once I have compiled my personal reading list, culled from a variety of sources, I call from our home in New England and place my order for a yearly winter reading list. The staff is always so gracious, and when... More

The scarlett letter salad attracted my attention this summer and I have gone back to have it more than once. It was delicious and prepared well every time. They also have teas, coffee, and smoothies on their menu. It is hard to visit this place not walk out with a book, gift or food. If anyone needs to do last... More

A place of respite and refreshment, The Bookworm is a charming place to escape with a friend for a light meal, or by yourself to eat a healthy salad and browse a wonderful selection of books. The coffee shop and café serves a nice selection of crepes (both entrée and sweet), salads, soups, smoothies and, of course, coffee/tea/etc. The variety... More

This is a great bookstore that just happens to also serve small meals. I can't speak to the full menu but my kids and I are partial to their crepes. The five stars are for the whole package, not just the restaurant. The store usually has a good selection of regional specific guide books, as well as current best sellers.

In an age when small- to mid-sized bookstores are passing out of memory, this place is a classic. Having the coffee and pastries - including excellent gluten-free options - is just the icing on the cake. They just don't make 'em like this anymore!

This is a fun place located in the Edwards Riverwalk. I had the Machiavelli crepe stuffed with mushrooms, gruyere cheese, truffle oil and a fried egg. The latte was perfect. Highly recommend.

Love the Bookworm. Warm, welcoming and yummy food. What more could you ask for? Ah, books you say and a comfy chair to read in? Voila! The Bookworm has it. Enjoy!
