Stayed near by and felt like we had found Durango’s little hidden secret to delicious! We had a pulled pork sandwich & chicken platter both really good! Try the Soco frozen lemonade! (Oh - and delicious cornbread!)

We stayed at nearby Hotel with our dog. They advertised a dog friendly patio so it was a treat not to be eating fast food in our car or hotel room. I had the gumbo with a side of coleslaw and cornbread...delicious. Hubs had the...rib tip special and a huge mixed green salad, you know when traveling how hard it is to find a healthy simple side salad. Puppy was happy to chill under the table.More

Had dinner on March 5. Ribs were good. The best sweet potato "logs", or fries I've ever eaten. Beer was good and cold and margaritas were good. You order at a counter, go sit and they bring you your order. I would return.

Seriously! Order the chicken on the stick and you won't be disappointed. We tried it not knowing what we are getting and it's our favorite appetizer of our entire trip. Our table also had the shrimp po-boy which was okay, the burger, and the pulled...pork sandwich. I would go with any of them again. The special of the day was the Boudain balls and they were the best I have ever had! Their dipping sauce made it even better.More

An enjoyable BBQ restaurant near the Durango and Silverton RR depot and museum. You order at the counter and there is indoor and outdoor seating. The food was very good.

We enjoyed our meal, though it was a bit pricy, it was delicious. Service was good too considering they cook everything fresh. Thanks!

Located near train depot, downtown area. What a treat! Really great flavorful food. I’m a frequent diner in NOLA/Cajun food/ and I’m telling you it’s very good food. Had chicken on a stick and shrimp bisque. I will dream about this bisque for quite some...time. Shrimp were flavorful and real deal, Ohhhh and what about Leidenheimer bread straight from NO! Chicken on a stick was outstanding. I was looking for some comfort food and this place nailed it. Good food for a nice value. There are most definitely some Southern/Cajun roots in the kitchen, NO Doubt! Just go, you will be glad you did⚜️⚜️⚜️More

Great food and plenty of it. Come with an appetite. Next door to Durango Lodge. Off the beaten path.

Right behind the rail station and portions are large; lots of New Orleans style food. Take out or eat in very casual.

Food was delicious, fast, and can sit outside in the trees. Dogs are welcome!!! Located behind Gaslight Theater near train station - not on the tourist maps!!!
