My husband and I had this restaurant recommended by the desk clerk at our hotel. We were not disappointed. Recommend all who have not eaten here try it. I loved my chicken and my husband enjoyed spilling his shrimp and pasta dinner on his shirt!! 😁 (if you're traveling, hotel shampoo and a bit of cold water will successfully get... More

We booked, on Open Table, for dinner on a Sunday night. When we arrived we requested the back patio. Although they had already set up a booth for us, we were moved with no hesitation or complaint. Our server, Matty (?) was fabulous. Very knowledgeable about the special cocktails on offer, was great with a wine recommendation and helpful about... More

Food was great. Service was great. Wine was great. What else can I say. There is a reason this place is top rated. I would recommend this gem without reservation.

We happened upon Ken & Sue's our first evening in Durango after driving from Colorado Springs. We didn't have reservations (recommended), but they were able to seat us at the bar. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The food was increadible. This is definitely a must eat place during any visit to Durango.

We stopped in here after an afternoon at Purgatory and some shopping downtown. We didn't have a reservation, and the manager seemed slightly annoyed by that, but we got the one open table they had for 4 by the bar. Once we were seated, our experience was great. Our server was Molly, and she was a doll. Friendly, funny, and... More

We've been coming to Ken and Sue's for years and still enjoy it. We always sit and the bar to get caught up on the local happenings. However, their rear patio is lovely and tucked away so its good to know about it. I have a gluten allergy and they are always helpful to me in navigating the menu. Their... More

This was recommended to us by a Durango railroad staff member, really just in passing. It was busy and looked like a lively place to eat so in we went. Staff were enormously friendly and extremely knowledgable about the menu. We both had salads and tried local drinks - husband had an amber ale and I had a Utah white... More

Waiter Wilson's service made this a picture perfect lunch! The asparagus and glass noodle vegan option and a fennel/mango salad were both tasty! Save room for the gluten free molten chocolate cake.

We stopped in for dinner and a few drinks and decided to sit at the bar. Service and food were both excellent. The bartender, Andy, was very personable and made some good drinks. He was also very helpful with our menu selections. We had the spicy shrimp spring rolls and tuna sandwich, both of which were very tasty. Overall, we... More

Had dinner here. First things first, they didn't know how to make an apple martini. Bartender wouldn't even try. If it's not on the drink menu then I guess you aren't getting it. Had the Salmon, it was a little on the cool side and not much taste. Wife had the pork chops, they were cooked properly and tasted good.... More
