This was a very pleasant surprise for us! Not exactly what we expected, but we were very pleased! Service was excellent as we walked down the serving line and made our choices. Food was exceptional. Well worth the visit!
Driving past this location we thought it to be a sit down Mexican restaurant. Although you can dine in doors, it's more of a Qdoba style eatery.
Fast food prep and tasted great. The fountain drink machine had different choices, possibly local soda distributors. The...Lemonade was the "bomb"
If we get back to Durango, would eat here againMore
I went off of good ratings and near my hotel. Got the chicken enchiladas special and a barbacoa taco .
Its very similar to Chipotle but a little more options .. fish tacos and enchiladas ...
Enchs were good... I got an end piece so...a little hard but good. They had just been brought out of the kitchen so hot but i wouldnt want the last piece... Refried beans were barely warm.. barbacoa has too much salt /flavor packet or has been sitting a while getting zestier .
All in all it was ok ... But a few misses.More
We tried to call in an order around 5:50. The phone rang but no one picked up. The wait was until 7:15 when ordering online. When we went in they told us it would be another 20 minutes. When we went in to pick up...the food a second time, the phone was ringing and ringing but no one picked it up. We thought it could have just been a busy day. We went back again and the same thing happened. Terrible service.More

So sorry to hear this. We are having some major issues with our phone service at this location - and it is being worked on. We also have issues with receiving so many phone calls due to COVID restrictions that we can't adequately take care...More
We ordered pickup from here and ran into some confusion. Trip advisor shows their hours as closing at 8pm. Their website says they close at 9. I tried ordering online around 8:15 (with the link from their website) and was told they weren’t taking new...orders. I called the restaurant and they took my order and had it ready to pick up at 8:45.
Food was good but nothing special.
My only complaint was about the hours and the problems with ordering online.More

Thanks for the information - closing times have been changing due to COVID restrictions. We'll work on making that information more clear across the internet!
