We made reservations online for our 25th anniversary dinner. I had done a lot of research on TA before selecting Eolus, quite a bit of it based on the reviews of others and the menu available on that night. Being such a special occasion, I made sure to note that we would like to have their most romantic table. We... More

The seafood capellini stew is out of this world -- at least U.S. -- have ordered in many overseas locations and this is "hands down" the very best!! The Duck is also consistently outstanding! I look forward to every visit because Eolus is the best in Durango -- both in service, atmosphere and quality and creativity of the food they... More

We stopped in for dinner. The service was good and the food was solid. We had the filet and lobster and the fish. The salads were good although very small. This was the most expensive meal we had in Durango.

Terrific food! Best salmon I've ever EVER had (and I order it often). My husband actually agreed with me lol. The fresh farm to table veggies and sides were amazing, great service. Dined on the rooftop which was perfect! I highly recommend!

I had the hanger steak and it was delicious, I ordered medium rare and it was perfect! My husband had the expensive steak special and it was dry even though he ordered medium rare! Very disappointing especially since it was supposed to be excellent beef. Beet salad ok not great! Donut hole dessert was awesome.

Loved this restaurant from start to finish. The service, the food and the ambiance were top notch. When questioning the availability of a particular wine we even had a couple of visits from the owner. Attention to detail was wonderful. Will certainly return the next time we are in town.

I took my wife here to celebrate our anniversary and was not disappointed. The food was excellent. The volcano roll and sea scallops with bacon for appetizers were incredible. My wife had the halibut and I had the surf and turf, both were cooked to perfection. We did have to wait on our mixed drinks for awhile and we had... More

Small dining area but huge on service, mouth-watering excellently prepared fine dining entrees and appetizers and a great selection of international wines! Pricing is not for the McDonald crowd and if it's a special occasion, spend the extra you've saved here! $$$. I dined with my son, his wife and their 2 1/2 yr old daughter...the waiter was simply amazing... More

Every single appetizer entrée and dessert that we tried was truly exceptional. We were disappointed as we started getting full and the experience was coming to an end. The service was spot on with food and drink recommendations as well as being prompt removing empty dishes and bringing silverware and share dishes in anticipation of food arriving next. We will...
