We ate and drank twice at Carver and it was amazing! We enjoyed great food, bloody mary's and beer, and the service was outstanding!

Stopped by this downtown spot for dinner while passing through on a motorcycle trip. Like many places these days, they’ve created space for outdoor dining. It was a great spot for people watching on a Saturday. I had the grilled chili like chicken with avocado...with a pile of zesty black beansered . The chicken was so flavorful despite not being hot. I love spicy food and I still liked it. I ordered a dinner salad as well, which was leagues better than your typical side salad. Washed this down with a locally made root beer. Before tip and tax it was $25. Would definitely eat here againMore

Reservations taken for outside seating but had god spacing inside also around 1:30 timeframe. Service great and fuzzy Palmer excellent as well as their beers. Flights good option to try different beers. We decided to buy some to go and kept it on ice for...days until we reached our cousins in Salt Lake City, they loved it as well.More

Try the savory Curry Quinoa bowl w/smoked salmon and a lager. The Raspberry Wheat and Four Corners steak sandwich on a pretzel bun will not disappoint. Friendly service. Lovely outdoor patio. Enjoy!

Rasberry wheat is a must-try on a hot day/evening...really perfectly brewed and berry flavor does not overpower the beer. The Tatonka burger was wonderful with just the right balance of mushrooms, bacon, cheese, and great Hatch chilies...one of the best we've had! The pulled chicken...sandwich was also very good. The service was attentive and friendly. Not a fan of thick-cut fries t which is the type they served was the only down-side. If you're a fan of thick-cut, pretty good.More

Burger menu well written but, well, looked like McDonald’s beef in there. Staff were super friendly and great choices of beer but food...🤷🏻‍♀️

We had a good lunch at Carvers. Beer cheese soap was the best. We could dip anything in it and it tasted fantastic. Pretzel was ok but a little greasy. Spinach artichoke dip was not the best. Too thick. Service was upbeat and fun.

We stopped in for drinks (late afternoon) and were promptly seated on their back patio. We took advantage of their happy hour and enjoyed a couple of beers normally priced at $5.50 for $3.50 each. My favorite was the X-Rock Bock. Their happy hour is...daily from 3 PM to 6 PM with $2 off their craft beers and a couple wines). I did notice that they offer a beer flight. Our waitress was attentive.More

We stopped for lunch the other day on their large backyard patio area. Good Covid precautions were taken by the staff. The food was quite good and service good as well. I had the Ruben sandwich and my wife the grilled chicken breast. We were...happy with both. We will stop by again during our stay in the area. BObKMore

They make one of the best Ginger beers I've had. Great service and my husband likes their beer. Last time we were here I had their Powerhouse Porter (very good) and a root beer float made with their own root beer.More

Thanks. Our brewer Patrick makes the ginger beer weekly and uses 30 pounds of fresh ginger in every batch. Thats a lot of ginger! It has a great ginger flavor and it's non alcoholic, unless we add some vodka and lime to make the best...More
