Husband enjoyed his beer. Good pizza & freshly made salad. Iced tea could have been refilled. Tshirt included an unbelievable price tag😬

It's small, it has fun decor, but most importantly it has great micro/craft brews. The menu is very limited but this brewery has kept it focused on the brews and that works. The ESB is especially good.

Nice place to stop in have a bite and a drink. It gets super busy on weekends and holidays which means service can be slow (since they make your food to order by hand) and the ambience hectic. Definitely worth a stop when there's music. Hanging out in the patio for a beer with friends in the summer evenings is... More

Delicious pizza. It was hot in there the night we went, but still a lot of fun. Cute place. Others in our group ordered different items and everyone said their food was very good.

Drove in first time to pick up carry out on a Saturday. I was ready to wait over an hour for our pizzas and salad to be ready. The place was packed. But food was ready in less than 30 minutes and really good. Their Caesar dressing is made from scratch and is wonderful. Second time we went on a... More

We have been here on vacation and "ate in" the first time and have done takeout several times since. Friendly, "love their job" staff. A slightly different setup in that you find a place (inside or outside on patio) and when you're ready you order your beverages and food at the counter. They start a "tab" for you if you... More

Stopped here after Mesa Verde. Nice little place. The people were very friendly. We did a sampler of all the beers. That was the way to go because then you could figure out which one you liked. Didn't eat there but the pizza smelled awesome. The next time we will.

If you want a good selection of local brews, this is the place to go. We had some great pizza and salads on our visit here as well and the location in the Dolores old downtown square is very nice. We'll be back on our next trip. They sell a unique hat there as well, very recognizable throughout Colorado.

Description
We specialize in community. We are not a casual dining restaurant "concept", we are a small, no wait, "micro" town gathering place. We take pride in our wares both in the beer and food dept., and strive to make you comfortable whether you're local, or just visiting. We specialize in hand thrown, wood fired pizzas and calzones, locally sourced organic salads, and delicious hot sandwiches. We also produce nearly 800 kegs of beer a year right on premise, and have numerous varieties of handcrafted beer on tap at all times as well as several rotating seasonal ales, lagers, stouts. If you're looking for something like Chilis or Applebee's, I guarantee you will be disappointed, if you're ready to get to know Dolores, drink some of Colorado's finest handcrafted beer, and perhaps meet some new friends then you're in for a great time!
