The Dillon Dam Brewery is a large microbrewery restaurant. The food is bar food and includes bison and pork as well as beef. A restaurant favorite is the Mac and Cheese. We had the Munich Schnitzel Sammy; a breaded & pan fried pork loin cutlet with gouda chess and apple slaw on a pretzel bun. An a build your own... More

This is your place for basic bar food at an average price. The best thing about this place is their beer flight options. I enjoyed sampling smaller (4oz) glasses of beer for the same price as 1 large glass.

The Dillon Dam Brewery has good to very good beer and food. The service is good considering the massive crowds that visit the pub. The only negative is that there is often a very long wait for a table.

We go skiing in Keystone every year and our second time at Dam Brewery. Love the local hangout for Happy hour specials and food prices. The beer selection should suit every beer taste from pilsners to stouts and in between. The menu is great and the portions are MUCH better than the resort options and taste great. Add in the... Visited this restaurant with several friends for a few beers and appetizers. Service was ok. Seemed like our server was not happy to wait on our large group. The food and beers were good. Worth a visit.

Never had a bad meal at the Dam Brewing Company--consistently good food and service. I have had many items there--just no red meat for me.

Came here a year ago in a blizzard and it was an awesome retreat from the storm. This time did not disappoint-great food and service. Even though the place was packed (20 minute wait, not bad) our server gave us great attentive service. She managed her busy tables like a pro. I had the Beef Stew (again) and it was... More

I was very pleasantly surprised by how good my meal was here. Seafood Chowder in a Sourdough Bread bowl. It was busy, loud and a bit chaotic, but, overall, an excellent choice for a local restaurant with good food.

Description
We are an American-style restaurant serving lunch, dinner, and a kids' menu. Regionally sourced meats and produce anchor our large menu. We weave beer into our recipes and design our food to pair with our brews. We try to offer something for everyone. That's why we have such a large menu and brew beers from the very pale to the very dark. And we do give a Dam about dietary restrictions - so we offer gluten friendly and vegetarian options.
