About our 4th time at this family run business. Adriano was very attentive and the did is always wonderful. I had a wood fired pizza, lots of mozzarella cheese and thin crust. Husband had ziti. They were out of our favorite Tiramisu and limoncello cake so we had the chocolate raspberry cake. Also delicious. Don't skip this awesome place!

The food here is back to the top notch taste standards of the earlier years of al Lago. My wife is Italian & is an outstanding cook, so my standards in Italian food have become very discriminatory over the years. Adriano's Bistro gets an A from me when it comes to quality Italian food. The atmosphere is now quite casual... More

Great dinner and very inviting atmosphere. Run by the family that owns the place. We both had pasta dishes that were very good. The homemade sausage appetizer was also delicious!

I won't go back. Food is mediocre at best and they can't accommodate some who is vegan. Everything has cheese or dairy or meat. Unless I want pizza with sauce only or just bread and salad.

Every Entree comes as part of a four course meal. The first three courses are small, nicely presented and very tasty. The main course is nicely presented and of normal size. I've eaten here 5 or 6 times and always had something different, including the pizza, and have never been disappointed.

One of best restaurants in Summit County. Four course dinner is standard for entrees which includes homemade sausage in marinara sauce appetizer, homemade soup, and small mixed salad with choice of three dressings. On this last visit here my wife had fettuccine alfredo ( light and tasty sauce) and I had the same, only with sausage. Both were excellent. Always... More

Great experience, starters and entrees are included in the price for the main even though the mains prices are reasonable, so you are fed from the time you order through to when your main arrives. Best place we visited in 3 weeks in the US

This is a family owned business. Every member works at the restaurant. They are attentive and welcoming. The decor is tacky. The atmosphere is inviting. It is a casual setting. Jeans are the norm. The food is superb. Great smells. It is tucked away in Dillon village. Each meal is four course at a reasonable price. We will go back... More

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. That like a family-run business, very wholesome and old school Italian. The lemon dressing was very refreshing. We had cheese pizza and ziti Bolognese. Our favorite things were the desserts: limoncello cake and chocolate moose which were outstanding. It's definitely the best place to eat in Dillon. It would be great for families... More

Adriano's is a somewhat low key place in Dillon which is a historically "Italian Restaurant" building. The website claims since 1987 but being a longtime local there I can say this is only possible if they were named something else earlier - like al Lago. Seems to be very popular with regional locals. Full very early in the evening. The... More
