This restaurant is very cool, and we had a wonderful meal. Our server, Thomas, was attentive, friendly, and appropriate. We had a spicy shrimp tempura appetizer, which was enough To be an entree. It was delicious! We had previously eaten at the Oceanaire in DC, and their food was great as well. You can't go wrong at The Oceanaire!

We usually go there to celebrate my Birthday or take our guests for dinner. I can compare the food and service since 2007. And the last two dinners were different. The staff is no longer trained the same way as before and knowledgeable about menu. Last time my guests' fish dishes were overcooked. The trout looked like a shoo sole,... More

This week we dine here 3 different days with different group of people. Why? Food is excellent- choice of steak or seafood and the service was amazing. First class. The first night , our server, Meng, was excellent. Never had to wait for water refills and his hospitality was first class. The other 2 nights , our server was Brianna.... More

My husband and I tried this beautiful art deco restaurant not realizing the experience we were about to receive. It was amazing from the time we were seated and left. Literally a dining adventure the likes in which you read about or see in movies! Two hours of our server treating us to fine dining with skills you do not... More

Dined for a first date and birthday celebration in one. The inner room we were seated at was cozy and the lighting more muted than the outer dining area. The appetizers were amazing - oysters and ahi poke. The oysters were smooth and had great texture and taste. The poke melted in my mouth and was well seasoned. The entrees... More

After trying for a "nice" dinner a few weeks back for my partner's birthday -- a dinner that completely fell flat at a newer steakhouse in Denver -- we decided to try Oceanaire for a redo. All we have to say is "wow!" We got there within an hour of closing, and there were only a handful of tables. We've... More

We enjoyed our dinner but the octopus appetizer was bit chewy. Nice wines available by the glass which pleases me since my wife does not drink wine. The chopped salad was ok but not special. The entrees were quite good. My wife had the halibut and I had the barramundi. The "dynamite" preparation was delicious. Creme brûlée for desert was... More

I loved the white linens, and the chilled veggies. It reminded me of going to a restaurant as a child. Its rare that chilled veggies are offered any more. The food was good, but the experience and feeling was even better. Sadly, they got my wife order wrong 3 times. But mistakes happen. I would give them another chance.

The food and service were absolutely amazing. We went here for our 5 year anniversary dinner and we left extremely satisfied. The menu is changed daily which is fun. The food was prepared and cooked to perfection and tasted divine. Our waiter was very attentive, nice, and personable. We finished our dinner with the baked Alaska for fun which was... More

We made a reservation to have a bite before a show at the Buell. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar. One of the best gin and tonics I have ever had and I appreciated being able to add just the amount of tonic to suit my preference. Very nice touch. Our food also was amazing. Had... More
