Great atmosphere strikes you when you walk in. Nice presentation of fresh seafood nestled on ice greets you. We were a party of 12 relaxing at the end of a trade show at the Colorado Convention Center. We were set back in a corner table just off the main dinning room. Bottom line food was delicious. Service was very inattentive.... More

Our romantic Valentine's dinner at Oceanaire was a superb experience enhanced by the restaurant's ambience and special decorations, the amazing service provided by our conscientious and personable waiter James, and of course by the chefs' excellent preparations. We started with great cocktails followed by clam chowder (full of clams) and gumbo (different, but very good) appetizers, shared a caesar salad,... More

This is one of the upscale high rate restaurants, so expect it to leave a dent in your wallet. However, you do get what you pay for. Their menu was outstanding with tons of a-la-carte and chef's creations options. Wine list is rather impressive too. Service was outstanding and attentive, but not overly so. We've spend over 2 hours there... More

I wanted a light dinner before the theater. Bread was very good; soup was good; jumbo shrimp cocktail was mushy....I expect a seafood resaurant to have excellent shrimp cocktail....how can you mess that up other than it being old; not.fresh-for 19.00 I had greater expectations. Same with the carrot cake-it looked dried out and it was. Why would they take... More

My wife, her mother and I went to Oceanaire for Christmas Day dinner. It was one of the best dining experiences my wife and I have had in Denver over the last 40+ years, and my mother-in-law loved it as well. The food was outstanding, and many sumptuous gluten-free options were available to a guest with food restrictions. The desserts... More

Let's start with the food...absolutely delicious. We had the cod and the fried chicken with lobster sauce. Beyond delicious. The service was also top notch and the ambiance aligned with everything else. We were seated immediately and asked often about our food and anything else we may needed. Plates were removed right after finishing (a pet peeve of mine) and... More

In all honesty it is hard to review a restaurant when you go on New Year's Eve when everyone is running around..but I will be honest. Our waitress was way too busy to really assist us and for the $500 we spent for four people, I think the service should have been top notch. Two of us had the Sea... More

Hubby saved the best for last. After a lot of researching he reserved this restaurant for our Old Year's Night/New Year's Eve dinner. We walked over from our hotel and had to wait a bit for our table but it was worth it. We ordered some wine (I took a German Riesling and my hubby chose a Californian red). I... More

We went there for a romantic dinner and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and treated like royalty. Our server "Rachid" was very professional and explained the the menu totally. The wine and cocktail list(s) had a large selections from reasonable to very expensive. Our fish dishes were cooked to perfection. Try the... More

When I have gone there in the past the food and service were great. New Years Eve 8 of us went there and thought the service was excellent but the fish was fishy. I had red king crab which was good but not great. The place was packed so maybe that was the problem. I think it will be awhile... More
