No, really: they have a bacon of the day. Do you really need another reason to go? If you do: the menu is inventive and fun--they riffed on eggs benedict with (you guessed it) the bacon of the day. Fresh juice, warm and professional service, a casual/lively vibe. And, the whole meal cost about as much as a pedestrian breakfast... More

Creative cocktails, great food, fun atmosphere defines Duo. A bit loud on weekend nights, but worth braving the crowd! From ththe. Oxktail list try, a Leave of Absinthe...a mix of a Manhattan and a Sazarac, this American cocktail will set you on the right path! The sardine appetizer is a surprise worth trying...there is a seasonal lamb dish getting ready... More

Our friends, Heather and Yuriy, wanted to treat me by taking Bob and I to this place for a belated birthday gift. What a treat! This original boutique-style

Our daughter took us here. It's a neighborhood place and not on the tourist track. Very informal, comfortable, outstanding food and service, adequate wine list, excellent cocktails. If you have the time, grab a cab or Uber and go. You will not regret it.

I've been feasting at DUO since it opened and have rarely found it faulting. Their summer and fall fried chicken is the best there is and I regret that they're taking it off their menu for the fall and winter. Chickens need eating all year long folks. Bobby at the bar is a great mixologist and, by the way makes... More

This place was great. We made a reservation, had a bunch of cancellations and they didn't mind (for Saturday brunch). Our waiter was great and didn't say anything when we stayed and chatted for another 15 minutes after paying our bill. They had veggie options, gluten free options, spicy bloody Mary's, and everything tasted wonderful. If there weren't so many... More

What fun we had here after lunch! It was happy hour and drinks were less expensive. I was not hungry but my daughter had a "flight" of desserts. We both loved it!

This cool little highland gem is always packed, I usually grab a seat at the bar. Brunch is amazing! I have tried most everything on the brunch menu and there is nothing I would not suggest! They used to do a bacon flight which if you see it I would not miss! I start with a spicy bloody mary and... More

This farm to table restaurant is housed in a re-purposed 19th century building in the Lower Highlands section of Denver. The décor is casual with exposed brick and wood. The menu is limited, but the culinary treat is fabulous. Our table enjoyed the Farmer’s Market Salad, Garden Salad, fried eggplant sticks, Pork Chop, buttermilk fried chicken, chick pea crepe and... Duo is located in an eclectic neighborhood just north on downtown Denver. Small facility in a somewhat historic brick building. The menu was mostly local grown items, extremely fresh with uniquely served dishes. As a fan of fine dining experiences, Duo is certainly one I will return to on my next visit to Denver.
