I've got to explain my ONE STAR rating. The food was fantastic (I had gnocci w/pesto - fluffy, garlicy, little pillows and tagliatelle with bolognese - as good as we've had in Tuscany). Our server, RACHEL, was friendly, courteous, and very nice. Why the one...More

I went to Lo Stella for dinner on the recommendation from staff at the Art Hotel. It is an easy walk from the hotel. Lo Stella had an impressive menu and wine list. The environment was friendly and charming. I was there with a business...More

We visited here after we walked out of Fire restaurant at the Art, a hotel. We ate at the bar on a Saturday night and appreciated the accomadating service. Food was wonderful although I personally wanted more traditional Sicilian fare. You’ll enjoy the intimate ambience...More

This is your chance to eat honest-to-God Ligurian food in Denver. The pasta and pasta alla genovese are first-rate. On my last visit, I had a salad of mixed greens, oranges, walnuts, and pickled anchovies dressed in a light vinaigrette. Fresh and tasty. The wild...More

Wait staff was great and the service was good. Loved the wine list and the mozzarella tomato and basil was great. I had the veal and it was good but not memorable. It was a convenient walk from my hotel.

If you have never traveled to the Mediterranean coast of France and Italy, you can get a taste of what it's like by dining here. Once inside, the atmosphere and food will transport you to Italy. I couldn't resist the delectable lamb, but every dish...More

Went there for a birthday celebration and so disappointed. I ordered veal scallopini which was good but not memorable. It was served with a small portion of undressed, dry greens and mashed potatoes that were served dry and flavorless. I asked for a little sauce...More

This is a hidden gem close to downtown in the Golden Triangle neighborhood. I tried 6 items off the menu and it was all delicious. Everything is made from scratch and you can taste the freshness and difference. Lamb chops are amazing, as well as...More

Our 2nd time there. We took friends who are Italian and appreciate good food. Unfortunately we were ALL disappointed. This is a cute small restaurant - and people are nice and usually friendly. Aside from it being extremely LOUD inside, the menu is quite limited...More

Accomodated us without having a reservation on a very busy evening with good seating and hospitality. Service was friendly and efficient and attentive. The food (pasta and a risotto dish) was very well prepared and tasty. All positive; no negatives.

I would choose a different venue. I feel that the staff at Locanda Del Borgo would be much more accommodating, and have a more varied menu.
