About
We are a full service, full bar gourmet burger restaurant that serves the finest, chef-crafted burgers, salads, appetizers & sides made from local, fresh, all-natural ingredients. Our burgers are made from Colorado beef, never treated with hormones or antibiotics, & we source as much of our produce as possible from local and regional farms. We make many of the toppings for our burgers in-house, from our homemade American cheese, all of our sauces and ketchup, to our house-made buns baked fresh daily by our own baker. You can’t beat the quality & flavors of our food. We have twelve Colorado beers on tap daily. We also love ice cream, so we created 5280 Ice Cream, the creamery next to 5280 Burger

My wife really liked the pina colada. I enjoyed a local craft beer. We split tacos that were tasty. Location was nice and open.

Burger and a beer for $9! The burger was great. Then buy one get one for another beer deal makes for a great happy hour. Go for a good deal.

Delicious doesn’t do the burgers justice! The “What the Guac!” burger was cooked to medium rare perfection! Hub’s ordered the “5280 Prime” with the Wagyu beef. Amazing!! Definitely a treat for your mouth. Kyle (our server) was polite yet joked around and made us Texans...feel at home in Colorado (difficult to feel at home during covid). Restaurant was clean and witnessed tables/chairs being disinfected. Guaranteed- we will be back!!More

We had a little Mixup with the chef sending out all but one burger. Long story short, a manager came to our table, apologized, remade all 6 of our burgers so we can all have fresh food and be able to eat together. We will...most definitely be back. The burgers are at a gourmet level unless you want to be an ass then you can order the a**hole burger (yes it's on the menu) yes I have 2 that ordered it lolMore

Burgers r interesting and different. The hostess was not very nice , refused to sit party of 5 in big booth were the place was nearly empty. Waiter was prompt and made good suggestions as burgers and sides are big. Overall not bad but I...wouldn’t necessarily come back.More

Visited on 7/12. Got on the waitlist and was seated early. Our table was pushed up to the bar so the bartender was our server. Super friendly and attentive and he was busy. I don't know his name but his initials were PM on our...receipt. My husband had the Resolute Grill Sauce beer. 2 actually. It was very good! I had water-altitude, ya know. We're from WNY. Altitude about 500 feet. We both ordered burgers. I had the 5280 Burger without tomato but that made it an A**hole Burger. Lol I'm super fussy about how my burger is cooked and have been known to not eat one based on its doneness. I asked for well done and it was PERFECT. Well done and juicy. No pink. I'm a total fan. My husband had the Perfect Burger and it was well, perfect! He loved it. We shared the truffle fries and they were amazing!! As was the dipping sauce. Garlic aioli, maybe? Delish. During this pandemic, it must be difficult for restaurants to switch gears and change up their normal practices. 5280 has it down. First trip to Denver and it won't be the last. Thanks, 5280 Burger Bar!More

I met some co workers here for some drinks after work. The bartender was great and they had a great selection of beer on tap, and in cans & bottles. I ordered the nachos which were average, toppings were all dumped in the middle of...the mountain of chips, leaving a lot of chips with no toppings.More

Our volleyball group of 30+ people were well taken care of! They even allowed for separate checks within our big group-it was no issue for our server! The owner even stopped by to introduce himself. The menu had something for everyone and we were happy...that we visited this restaurant. Save room for the homemade ice cream!!More

We were craving burgers so wound up here. Lots of great options to choose from and most of us were happy. Not the greatest burgers we've ever had, but certainly fine. Truffle fries were amazing though and the servers were very attentive. Knocking off an...extra star because the menu labels any kind of customer burger as "I'm an a-hole," which is a crappy way to treat people. I'm not especially prudish, but certain kinds of custom ordering can make people feel uncomfortable already, don't need to be insulted about it.More

Hi Amy! We have quite a few gluten-free friendly options including our "wrap" and we can also lettuce wrap any of our burgers. We also use a separate fryer for folks who have an intolerance. Hope to see you soon!
