When a large group of us from out of town needed a sudden reservation, this place was recommended by our hotel concierge. And while often such a recommendation ends up being just ok, Venice really came through. The food was quite good, with well executed interesting dishes such as dandelion gnocchi. Moreover, our waitress couldn't have been lovelier about time-consuming... More

We started our trip dining here but it was so great might want to save until last. We had a reasonably priced wine with their fish which was perfectly prepared. Followed it with a creme brûlée and exceptional service.

It may have recieved a five star review but they ran out of half the items we ordered for dinner and dessert, so we couldn't really try everything we wanted. By the time we got to dessert it had got to the point of absurd they had so few items left and the pistachio gelato was disappointing. The food we... More

We had a layover at Denver airport and had time to get the light rail downtown for the evening. When the first restaurant we tried to go to ignored us for some minutes, we turned out the door and walked around the corner - and got lucky! Venice was charming - old style service, a nice menu, and great atmosphere.... More

A lovely restaurant in. LODO on Wynkoop Street. The food was tasty and the service good. I had the special soup of the day made with carrots and farro. It was spicy and tasty. I then had the Scallopini and my husband had the Saltimbocca. Both were wonderful.

I go to Venice at least once a week for either their happy hour, lunch or dinner. The wait staff is wonderful ad does not try to rush you. The food is always amazing and fresh. I had the grilled romaine cesear salad this week it was excellent. My only complaint with this restaurant is the hostess, pretty girl but... More

It looked so promising. The setting and atmosphere is good. I ordered the octopus for a starter and it was less than impressive. There were 2 very small pieces of octopus and it was really tough. The I had the lobster dish and it was tasty but very small portions. The menu listed online is NOT THE MENU you see... More

I eat here every time I come to Denver. This is a true Italian restaurant. I have had the ravioli with butternut squash which was excellent and calamari was so delicious. I had the chocolate soufflé for dessert and it was amazing. I have never been disappointed.

Went with a friend while we were visiting Denver. We sat outside on the patio with a view of Union Station and it was a perfect summer night. Our waitress, Sarah, was really friendly and helpful. She recommended a really great bottle of Italian red that wasn't the most expensive on the menu. You could tell she wanted us to... More

Loved the atmosphere and feel. But the food was less than average and the portions were closer to appetizer size. My wife had black squid angel hair with clams. There were four clams and not fresh. I had the saltimbocca. Three small sausages too dry over bitter greens. Overall disappointing.
