This place has just about everything one could be hungry for---breakfast, lunch, & dinner! It's a good idea to plan ahead if you're planning on dining "in", because Sam's #3 is very busy. Definitely allow extra time, because it's quite likely your party will have a wait before being seated. It's a good idea to look over the menu while... More

Came here after looking at trip advisor for a good burger. We found it. It was a little noisy. It felt like a cafeteria and a little cramped for maximum seating. After the crowd dyed down we enjoyed ourselves more. Food was delisious and unique. I got a buffalo burger with cerano chili on it, not everyones type but I... More

Great breakfast food (served all day). Huge portions and friendly staff. Sunday morning expect a wait to get a table but worth it.

I was staying at the Curtis Denver and found this place online, and ended up coming here daily for breakfast. It was great- really wide selection of items, and excellent value. The service could be a little slow at times- we went there every morning for 6 days in a row, and sometimes had to wait for far longer than... More

The menu is huge! And overwhelming, but there's something for everyone. I went with a classic burger and onion rings and it was all delish. Busy downtown location features great people watching, and we were there for an early family dinner. Late night must be quite the ****show.

The food here was INCREDIBLE! Our service was fine, nothing outstanding. However, the food was so good. I had a chicken Caesar salad and my coworkers had Mexican food. Delicious and in a fun and laid back atmosphere!

As a group of 3 we had a diversity of foods which were amazing and distinctive. The cocktails were a little on the strong side but otherwise service and food was great.

I've been here many times with my boyfriend and my best friend. The food is always constantly awesome. Whether I'm eating healthy or want something dirty, this is the place to go.

I was excited to eat here but my dinner salad clearly was " not their specialty". The Greek gyro salad had so much dressing that I could not enjoy the flavors of the other ingredients. The other food I observed the staff serving other guests looked amazing..... large plentiful portions are not in question here. Their breakfasts or burgers or... More

Sam’s No. 3™ was the third of five Coney Islands restaurants opened by Sam Armatas during the 1920′s. The original location was at 1527 Curtis Street in the heart of downtown Denver. On Sept. 28th, 1998, Sam’s son, Spero, with his grandsons Sam, Alex, and Patrick, re-established his most famous of the Coney Islands restaurants, Sam’s No. 3™. In honor of the age old tradition, they made a promise to each other to continue to provide excellent quality of food and embrace the inviting, warm atmosphere started by “Mr. Sam” more than 75 years ago!In April 2011, our little kitchen was featured on Food Networks "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives". We were selected because so many local fans had written. A must-stop on any trip to Denver.
