I arrived at Sam's a bit early for dinner; just before 5pm and it was a good thing! I was able to snag one of the last counter stool and then able to watch the crowds build and build. Clearly, this is a local favorite and the place was hopping! They have an extensive menu with all day breakfast, and... More

My fiance and I and two of our friends came here for breakfast. Had to wait about 10 minutes, but it was very quick once we sat down. The food came out extra quickly. I'm glad we decided to share, because the plates were huge. They were very kind as to separate the shared dishes onto two plates. Is very,... More

The menu is huge with lots of choices. I thought the breakfast home fries were delicious. Parking is a challenge, and we ended up getting ripped off by a corner private parking area.

This place has an incredibly huge menu, and everything is delicious! The breakfast burritos are especially wonderful. I recommend the Rockies burrito and the Kitchen Sink!

Brian, the best CSR at the Aloft recommend this place and we tried it and loved the food for dinner so much we went back for breakfast the next day! The menu reads like an encyclopedia and everything tasted great! The food is gourmet creative and the servers friendly and right on time! A must if you are in Downtown... More

I ate here a couple of times while on business in Denver. The food is delicious and the prices are very fair. I recommend stopping by for breakfast while visiting Denver.

Massive menu, can only report back on one item (red no.3 chili burger). Serviceable enough, very large portions. Nowhere near the best burger I've had, but definitely not the worst. Wouldn't mind trying other things on the menu though!

I come here often, and also visit the one in Aurora, and I've found this to be a great place for diner food, plus drinks if you want (after all... this is Colorado ;) ), speaking of CO, try their regular AND Veg green chili's love them both. Great breakfast, very good lunch menu's and as you would expect they... More

Description
Sam’s No. 3™ was the third of five Coney Islands restaurants opened by Sam Armatas during the 1920′s. The original location was at 1527 Curtis Street in the heart of downtown Denver. On Sept. 28th, 1998, Sam’s son, Spero, with his grandsons Sam, Alex, and Patrick, re-established his most famous of the Coney Islands restaurants, Sam’s No. 3™. In honor of the age old tradition, they made a promise to each other to continue to provide excellent quality of food and embrace the inviting, warm atmosphere started by “Mr. Sam” more than 75 years ago!In April 2011, our little kitchen was featured on Food Networks "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives". We were selected because so many local fans had written. A must-stop on any trip to Denver.
