Bastiens is a dated quirky little joint. Having said that it's worth a visit. Good steaks, nice fried chicken. Put it on your list

Family owned since 1937. I had sugar steak since it is the specialty. It was very good, but my husband's filet....TO DIE FOR! I ordered no potato-double veggies, a nice alternative. Everything about this place is great-food, service and atmosphere.

My wife and I went to Bastien's after a friend recommended it. We have been back several times and the food and service is consistently great! The steaks are wonderful, and you get the sides with the price, as opposed to higher priced steak houses...More
