From starters to dessert and coffee, our meals were incredible. Our server, Nicholas C. Was very knowledgeable and friendly! He made suggestions on our wine and recommendations for the dippings. Service was impeccable. Great for a couples date night or a group. Will definitely return. Thank you Vesta for awakening my taste buds!!!

Recently had dinner with family on a Sunday evening. My wife and I split two excellent salads: a Spinach salad and a Baby Kale salad. I had a very nicely done Venison with three interesting dipping sauces Vesta's specialty). My wife had a Carmelites cauliflower entree that was only half carmalezied. This is agreed place to go if you are... More

We had an excellent experience here. Wife and I had excellent cocktails and shared the meat and cheese platter for dinner. Our waiter, Sean, was top notch. He was attentive and had really good suggestions for food pairings and condiments. The food was very good and the atmosphere is cool. They are very aware of allergies and will accommodate any... I was in Denver for business looking for a good restaurant located downtown. I had seen Vesta on the Travel Channel, but sometimes those places are hit or miss. Vesta did NOT disappoint! The ambience is nice, yet not too formal, and the food was amazing! I had the venison which was cooked to perfection, flavorful accompanied with some amazing... More

I went to Vesta with my family for my birthday. The service of the food runners was good in general, but our waiter was terrible! He was slow and mumbled everything so we could not hear what he was saying. Everything was over priced and had little flavor. The dipping sauces were very good and so were the drinks so... More

Who doesn't love dipping sauce? Vesta does it in such a sophisticated way, and they do a good job of mixing up the menu. Give it a try, you will enjoy.

I made a reservation at Vesta based on location and positive reviews for dinner before a show at the Voodoo. I checked out the menu online and thought "sure, this will work." I had no idea how WELL all of it would work, though, and was quite pleasantly surprised at how good the service, food and drinks ended up being.... More

This is our go-to restaurant for date nights and family visits. The food is excellent and the service is always impeccable. It's usually easy to get a last minute reservation and it's quiet enough to have a conversation without having to raise your voice. One of the best restaurants in Denver!

This place is saucy & I love everything about it! The atmosphere of Vesta is like much of the RiNo Arts District ... exposed brick, dim lighting and stylish industrial/copper decor that feels sleek and sexy. The shell-like curved booths for groups (for 5-8) are more secluded and designed for parties and containing a private conversation. This seating arrangement made... More
