Located in the Ritz Carlton, Elways is a pretty big, spacious restaurant with a classy subdued atmosphere. I have had steaks at several top steak places and this did not disappoint. 2 of us had the bone-in Rib Eye and one of us had the Buffalo Rib Eye. All were excellent. The steaks were cooked perfectly, no large chunks of... More

Stayed at the hotel that night and went down to have a drink before heading out for dinner... we ended up staying at the bar. Service from the bartender was excellent. She mixed a drink after I suggested a few favorite ingredients. Drink was spot on- hints of favor and not sweet. Bartender was attentive without being invasive. Ordered the... More

We have been to Elway's a few times in the past but this particular visit was outstanding. Annette, our server, was attentive nice and actually listened and offered guidance with the menu when needed. She laughed with us and made the brunch an experience not just a meal. The prime rib enchiladas are mouth watering. Oh. My. Goodness. Just try... More

My first visit to Elway's and I had high expectations based on what I had heard. We made reservations and stood at the podium for about 5 minutes before someone approached us. This wouldn't of been a big deal if two other employees were not sitting near the bar talking and glanced at us a few times without uttering a... More

While staying at the hotel on our baseball stadium tour, my son and I decided we were sick on ballpark food and made this our one big dinner. Wow ! I work in Manhattan and have eaten in some very nice steak houses, but this is equal if not better to any of them. My son had the rack of... More

We had a long, indulgent dinner at Elway's on New Year's Eve. I liked that they had a full menu instead of a fixed menu like many restaurants have on holidays. My 12 and 14 year old boys also appreciated it. The food was outstanding from the Wagyu to the smoking shrimp cocktail, to the chocolate soufflé. The wine selection... More

We were excited to try Elways for our family Christmas celebration. The interior is ok...white tablecloths...and we had nice big table for the six of us. Sadly...the service was not good. They need to get more servers...our poor guy seemed like the only waiter and was crazy busy. He left out one of family's order....so it arrived 25 minutes after... More

Have a wonderful meal. Prime rib and salmon was very good. Not cheap but prime steak is expensive. Wait staff was very nice and helpful but they seamed to look past the table every time we needed something. Just not attentive enough.

I had the fillet med rare and it was delish! My husband had the large prime rib and just loved it! You order salads a la cart and family style sides. We had the mashed pot, brussels and corn I think. They have a great wine and drink menu, and of course we all had a dessert! It is a... More

Hands down the Best steak I have ever had!! Great area called Cherry Creek. It's pricey but well worth it.
