We are staying in Denver for a few days before our trip to Germany and we stopped in Elways for lunch. We had the green chili grilled sandwich. It came with a roasted red pepper soup and we swapped the fries for a house salad with green goddess dressing. The only thing we can say is YUM!!!! It was absolutely... More

We were recently in Denver for a conference (Sept 09 thro Sep 14, 2016) and after checking into our hotel (Hyatt Regency, next to the convention center) we decided to walk around a bit. Interesting downtown area. Saw an add in the United Airlines in flight magazine about wonderful steak houses in various locations in the USA. Elways (there are... More

Met a business colleague here for lunch and it was perfect. Good lunch choices from salads to sandwiches to steaks. Waitress was attentive, food was quick and tables were conducive to having a good conversation. Definitely will return.

Staying in the Ritz Carlton in downtown Denver I thought this was the perfect place to go after a long airport day. Great outside bar area and really good steak. I loved the Brussels sprouts...so good. We sat in bar restaurant because dining room was full on the weekend. Alittle loud and alittle slow but, certainly worth the wait. We... More

I hate to leave negative feedback because I DREAMED of the bone-in ribeye all the way from RI to Denver! My wife and I arrived. She is gluten free and she found out she couldn't have the prime rib because their seasoning had gluten in it. OK, that's life. Our waiter, Scott, asked if we had ever been there before... More

This place is awesome! We stopped in to celebrate our friends 38th anniversary, and Tommie and the staff at Elway's made it special. While this is a steakhouse, I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

Elway's, in the Ritz-Carlton hotel is pretty pricey but the cuisine is fantastic (Colorado theme, much of it) & the service is exceptional. I stay in this hotel w/ colleagues as we host a conference here. Our first night we held a VIP dinner in the private room just off the main dining area of Elway's. The ability to serve... More

The food here was outstanding. Hands down one of the best steaks my boyfriend had and the fish I had was unbelievable. The whole dinner experience was something we will not forget!

We ordered the lamb fondue as an appetizer and it was phenomenal, fall off the bone. The prime steaks are grilled to perfection. Service exceptional. Drinks are well prepared. A great place for any occasion.
