I had the alfredo chicken pizza; it was alright. The mushrooms were basic canned mushrooms, and the chicken had some sort of seasoning on it that wasn't mentioned online. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't order again.

Good pizza, in Denver. Lots of choices of topping, a little bit on the expensive side for pizza. Nice delivery guy.

Big daddy pizza has tons of options for pizza. However, I felt like they were a bit over priced for what they were. There was a good ratio of toppings, cheese, and sauce, but their crust lacks quality. It's kinda chewy and reminds me of a cheaper pizza. However, their pieces were not very cheap. If their prices were cheaper I would recommend this company more.

I got a coupon in the mail for a BOGO pizza offer from Big Daddy's. I went online to create an order and came up with a 14" pizza. The website says that a 14" plain pizza comes with marinara and mozzarella for $15.99. I added Italian Sausage ($1.50), Garlic ($1.50), Black Olive ($1.50), Mushroom ($1.50), Onion (no charge) for a total of $21.99......with tax, it was $23.75. I tried to enter my BOGO order online, and the web page would not allow me to make the BOGO order (first red flag). I thought, "well that is unusual. I guess I will have to call it in....."
I made the call and when they tallied up my phone order, they quoted me $27.99 (2nd red flag). I asked why the price was different than what I was quoted online and the guy on the phone (I think he said his name was Jason) couldn't give me an answer. After a couple of minutes of Himmin' and Hawin', he said he would need to speak with someone who was apparently in charge in the store (3rd red flag). He came back on in a few minutes and told me that he was going to have to transfer me to "someone at the front desk" (4th red flag). Well, after 13 minutes (final red flag), I was on to their bait-and-switch tactics and hung up the phone. I would not have had a problem paying the $27.99 for the pizzas but that's not the issue here. The website says $23.75. If you want to charge me $27.99, just have your website tell me that. In the meantime, Big Daddy's is a Big-Ripoff and they are not the only pizza joint in Denver.
By the way, my son used to order pizza from here once in a while and I always found the pizza to be supremely mediocre!

Placed an order had to call back an hour later because it still hadn’t been delivered. They said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I spent $40 it still wasn’t delivered. I called today and was given the run around and no manager was available to talk to all day. Finally someone said it was left at the front desk at my hotel and they didn’t know what to tell me but I’m out the money and said to call the hotel to dispute it with them.

My first time ordering, I ordered a combo special with an 18” pizza, chicken wings and a 2 liter. When it arrived 33 minutes late, the driver hands me a pizza box and says thanks. I said whoa man where’s the wings? He said I didn’t order them so I had to show him on his own receipt where I ordered them and the drink so he said he would refund me and hands me $3. Umm no dude I want a full refund of the wings cost and the 2 liter. He refused.

Second order pizza, mozzarella sticks, 2 liters, the driver delivers late around 3:45 pm. It was their cook who dropped it off. Was a wrong pizza to begin with and I’m an old Chicago style person who loves square cut. This pizza was square cut as requested but it was pie cut before they square cut it. the mozzarella sticks were like I can’t explain, dry dusty mush. Just gross. The chicken wings were absolutely amazing no lie! I was pleased with that part.

Ok I thought maybe my orders have been too complicated for these guys. I do basic with a half and half pizza (pic below looks good but cold and stiff) My partner only eats cheese where I like pep and sausage. I order this half and half with both meats on the second half. The first half only had extra cheese. Here’s where it gets interesting, the order for their largest 36” pizza. Ordered at 1:15am ,It stated would be delivered by 2:00am. Ok cool, at approximately 2:25am I call and speak with a woman who I ask for an order status update. She said let me see what we have and puts me on hold. She then answers and hangs up on me. I called back multiple times but they would answer and hang up on me. I couldn’t get any response. At 2:45am I received a text from DoorDash stating a dasher is heading to the store. Like whoa dude I did not use door dash. What is going on.. when the pizza was finally delivered at 3:55am it was the wrong pizza. The whole thing was sausage and pepperoni. My partner could not eat it.

I call and ask for a manager, the man on the phone says what’s wrong. I asked if he was the manager and he said no. I said can I please speak to your manager. After he tried getting me to tell him what’s wrong for a few minutes he puts me on hold. He comes back and tries to change his voice, I said sir I need your manager please and he said that the manager doesn’t want to talk that I needs to call back tomorrow at 10pm then hangs up.

I call again and the guy answers, I request a manger and he says again well why? I said I’ve been having some troubles with orders and need to discuss with him. He said like what. I responded with can I please speak to your manager about this? He said if I wanted to talk to the manager to call around 5pm.
Honestly, this has been the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced and dealt with. Total disrespect and they do not follow the specifications on orders. They do not fulfill any specials as the do not read the head line on the receipts. None of the employees will allow you to speak with a manager.
Please take this experience from me and do not order from this location. You will be disappointed and lose out by paying for something you did not receive.

Omg, last night we got into Denver and couldn't find a place close to our hotel. So, I looked for a pizza place and found Big Daddy's Pizza. We ordered their "Nasty Boy" and it was delicious for sure!! We made jokes about the name "Big Daddy" and "Nasty Boy", but good laughs go great with delicious food!! I will definitely order Big Daddy's pizza again!! I'm going on social media to give him a shout out as well.

I called in for an order and the girl was super rude. Delivery estimate was one hour. After an hour and a half I called to inquire where my pizza was. Apparently the delivery driver gave my pizza to someone in the lobby. Girl on the phone accused me of lying, saying I got the pizza. I told her I wanted my money back and she said I'd have to wait for her manager to show up. Not impressed with staff at all, too bad because I really wanted to try that pizza.

This pizza was the best I've ever had. I don't know if it was the perfect amount of cheese, the outstanding sauce or the fantastic crust cooked to just the right crispiness, whatever it is or the combination of all this pizza was amazing!
