The food is flavorful, made to order, lots of selections and hot sauces, and though the dining area is a bit cramped, you can take your order to go and find a nice place to sit outside. The burritos are huge; plenty for 2.
Teocali Tamale is a wonderful quiet mountain town spot worth a visit. The tamales are amazing and tacos are exceptional in their own right. They have a great sauce bar that I didn’t even need to stop at because of how good their homemade salsas...More
We were walking down the street in Crested Butte and smelled Teocalli from a ways away. It smelled too good to turn down. The pork tamales and the cheese and chili tamales are amazing and as close to homemade as you can get. Everything we...More
The reviews that we read before going in talked about how fresh it was. I got tacos. I wanted fresh onions and fresh tomatoes. They don't have those. The only way that you can get them is if you order the Pico, which I don't...More

No. Teo doesn't take reservations. It is a walk in only place where you stand in line to get the amazing food. In fact Teo works best when busy when everyone orders and then looks for a seat. Nothing makes me more cranky than when people try to save seats while their partners in crime are standing in line. If there isn't an open table after you get your food then simply ask someone with an open seat if you can join them. You'll likely get an engaging conversation too!
