Shuga's is a cute retro environment. The menu is simple but delicious and it is not crazy expensive. The building is a converted single family home. The inside is open, small, but open. The front and back patios have lots of shade from trees and man made portable shades. The clientele is diverse; happy hour crowds, old married couples and... More

Small but so good. Their soup is the best in town. Located in the southern part of Colorado Springs the restaurant is in a lovely, charming old house on a quaint neighborhood. It is small so plan on an earlier lunch or you may find all tables occupied.

Little house-turned pub/restaurant on a nice shaded corner in downtown CO Springs serves up some great dishes. Spicy Brazilian shrimp soup is amazing, but I traded half my bowl for the mac-n-cheese my son ordered. Served (baked even?) in a good-size cup, this decadent version of comfort food was laced with jalapeño pieces and bacon! Mouth is watering just typing... More

Could not say enough about this restaurant. I visit often. Food is amazing, drinks are unique and delicious. Highly recommend the shrimp soup, it's one of my all time favorite treats! Staff is great. This restaurant is small, but we can always get a spot. If it's not too hot (or cold) outside their back patio is lovely.

Just moved to Colorado Springs and in search of a nice lunch spot. I would have never found this place if it were not for Trip advisor and all the good reviews . It was a very nice place with great service. I had the "SHUGA'S FAVORITE CAFE TRAY" it was wonderful and full of flavor, so glad I ordered... More

We had been travelling for several days and were in need of a quality meal when a friend recommended this place to us. Relief! It is in an old house in a nondescript location, but make the effort -- it is totally worth it. My picky tween ate her whole meal, even trying things she was usually skeptical of. (vegetables!)... Quiet restaurant a little ways away from down town. Some interesting menu choices but the menu, at least for lunch, it's pretty small with a few apps, a few salads and some sandwiches. Their drink menu had quite a few signature drinks, alcoholic and not, that looked interesting. Pet friendly on the patio, never went inside otherwise. The servers looked... More

We had dinner there last night. Great food in unique atmosphere. Our waiter was friendly but not really attentive. However, it was a busy night and it appeared they only had two servers for a busy night. The food was fresh and we were happy with our choices.

Chose this spot for our post-Pikes Peak hike and couldn't have been happier with our choice! We chose the starter board, 2 bruschettas (apple/brie and salmon), the Vancouver w/mac n cheese, and the NW pita w/spicy brazilian soup. Every last morsel was wonderful, fresh, and mouth-watering. We ate it all and then tried the Almond Butter cake for dessert -... More

Oh, this place is so amazing. I LOVE the spiciy shrimp soup and always get the Cafe Tray so you can try a little bit of everything. Their drinks are so fun and tasty. Watch out for the Watermelon Man. It's so deliciously sneaky.
