The WO has changed dramatically since here last. We came here to have a meal and were disappointed. The dining area is much smaller than before only table large enough for 6 people was beside the entry door. Had the weather been bad this would...have been miserable. As it was it was a pain when groups tried to crowd inside. The table was only large enough for 4 diners to be realistic. The server was immediately there to take a drink order. I ordered a 7&7. The waiter asked what that was. A sign on a window outside the WO advertised "Classic Drinks". They did not have Seagrams. I ordered a Cuba Libre. What is that? I had to explain that drink which they were able to make. Two of the three couples ordered appetizers. The entrees arrived long before the appetizers. The appetizers were removed from the tabs after a snippy response from the hostess. The waiter brought the tab to one couple but had to be summoned to bring the other two tabs. The tabs were also incorrect. I enjoyed the entree but did not care for only 3 entree options on the menu. The bar area is also very loud when it starts to get busy.More

The Wobbly Olive went from being an absolute gem to being less than stellar (see my review from a couple of months ago). They renovated the restaurant, blocking off a wall and turning it into a speakeasy. This has dramatically reduced the size of the...dining area with a capacity of roughly 25 people. But along with the reduction in physical space has come a reduction in the menu...there are only 3 entrée items listed on the menu. Three...Tres...Drei...Troi. But, the appetizer menu is pretty robust. And the drink menu is 3 pages long. But I was deeply disappointed with the business decision that was made to accommodate the speakeasy, and take a fabulous restaurant and turn it into a place for appetizers.More

The Wobbly Olive is an absolute gem of a restaurant on the Powers corridor next to the IMAX theater in Colorado Springs.

The Wobbly Olive is a great local restaurant. The staff and service are outstanding. They have an extensive drink menu, with original cocktails that have amazing flavor. I ordered The Honey Badger and was very impressed with my drink. The food has great flavor and...the dishes are very original. I can’t say great enough good things about this restaurant. I highly recommend supporting this local restaurant, this is a great place for a date or or to spend time with a significant other.More

All I can say is “wow!” This dining experience was fantastic, start to finish. Our server (I think his name was Charles) was great- attentive but not overbearing. The food, from drinks to appetizers to main course to dessert, was unique, interesting and delicious. The...only thing I would note here is that this was not a kid-oriented environment- no kids menus or options for keeping kids entertained. Not a problem for us as we are empty-nesters, but I know many people who read reviews are looking for this detail. Highly recommend!More

Visited The Wobbly Olive just after they opened at 4pm. Being our first time in Colorado Springs wanted to try a local beer. Too bad, no local beers. Ordered the Chicken and Waffles dinner for $21 and got one small piece of chicken. Ordered the...Pork belly buns and got a bowl of heavily salted (too much soy sauce) rice, and three over cooked pieces of pork belly. The staff was efficient, but the kitchen just could not provide a plate of food that justified their pricing.More

I LOVE a good value and this was one of the best on our trip to CO. We stayed our last night in CO springs and luckily found this gem. They have a great happy hour with decent priced drinks and a dollar or 2...off of the food. Our server was lovely (can't remember her name but she has lived in FL, CA and has golden retrievers)...she made us feel welcome and gave great advice about the menu. The space was fun and if I was a local this would be a fav.More

The Wobbly Olive has a good one page food menu and a fantastic ten page bar menu, with the first two pages devoted to martinis. Our waitress, Tori, was fun and engaging. The five of us indulged in about half of the martinis.

We sat outside on a nice evening and had an enjoyable dinner. food was good but not too spectacular. As I recall my wife had fish (salmon) that was quite good. My dinner was forgettable (chicken picatta), unfortunately that means I may order it again....Service was quite good. Price was reasonable.More

Cute place, nice atmosphere for a date. The staff are friendly and welcoming, We started with the arancini appetizer and cocktails, the Pretty as a Peach and Black Pearl Old Fashioned. The food was excellent, and the drinks were wonderful. Entrees were the seared scallops...for me and the gnocchi Mac and cheese for the hubs. A Sidecar made a nice drink with my dinner, and my hubby enjoyed a Chemical Romance. Finally, we had the Pina Colada Baked Alaska for dessert...the flaming meringue and the coconut cake were perfect. I wasn’t a huge fan of the pineapple ice cream, it was not as creamy as I would have hoped, but overall the flavors were great. It reminded us of being on a cruise...I would probably order it again. I also enjoyed a Wanderlust cocktail, very good flavors.More

A nice atmosphere on the upscale side. The menu is limited but the food is great! Really nice selection of tapas. Drinks are really good too. A must try is the Caprese salad. It made with these basalmic balls that when you hit into them...send a burst of basalmic flavor through your palette. The tiny balls are made in house as is most of the dishes. Another dish are the scallops, (pictured) yum! Service is somewhat slow but the drinks make up for the wait.More

This review is long overdue. After 3 week cross country trek,we were almost home to Durango,Co.Stopped in the Wobbly after fire alarm went off in the bar next door.We were invited in by the bartender Sean.after 2 hours of cheese plates, charcuterie, steamed buns, etc.,we finally took our...leave.What a gracious host and mixologist.Having sampled many whiskeys and bourbons during the evening,we left quite satiated.Ran into Sean recently by Manitou Springs ,near the new Wobbly Olive location.keep doing what you're doing. Thanks for great service and food.Billy & Michele.More

An attentive waiter served us an awesome lunch! My sister and I split the panzenella salad, and the fried chicken with waffles! Both were delish, a restaurant with a good vibe!

This a real piece of heaven in the otherwise boring chain restaurant scene in Colorado Springs! From start to finish this place is wonderful. We had amazing cocktails. We started with the charcuterie and Fromage appetizer with perfect blue cheese, assortment of salami and olives....The corn chowder was creamy and thick with amazing corn flavor. The house salads were a great mix of arugula and spinach lettuces and a nice balsamic dressing. The Ishiyaki steak entree was a large amount of thinly sliced tender beef that you cook yourself over a hot stone! It was amazing in both the tenderness and flavor of the steak. We all enjoyed it! The salmon Florentine was perfectly cooked. The truffle wings were crispy and also had a great flavor . The s’more torte came for dessert. A beautiful moist chocolate brownie with toasted marshmallow cream on top! Our server Sydney was both helpful and very attentive to our table! Perfect dinner out with friends! A definite place we will all return too!More

Stopped in for a drink and a light meal so we sat at the bar. Watched great apps and desserts being served. Ordered lobster deviled eggs, chicken and dumpling soup and beef tacos. All were fabulous. I have never had anything like the panko crusted...deviled eggs! So unique and delicious.More
