We did not have reservation, so we ate in the bar. That ended up perfect. The bread was very good, even tho it wasn't warm. Caesar salad was perfect size for me. My husband had the swordfish, it was delicious! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service, good food (fresh), great sommelier, very good wine selection. I give it a 4 star because it is way overprized for a smart casual restaurant.

we had a very delicious dinner, accommodating all 9 of us, and our many food allergies...gluten-free, dairy-free, nut free, etc. Excellent wine list too!

We have been here several times over the years. This time it was not the same. When they first opened, the decor was considered edgy and cool contemporary. Now it's just like any other place. And I was surprised at just how relaxed the dress code has gotten. Do people really think they should go out in old jeans and... More

My husband and I chose Summit at the Broadmoor to celebrate our 28th anniversary. We were not disappointed. From the cocktails to dessert, it was perfection. The seasonal crab salad was a wonderful blend of fresh crab with a bit of sweet and salty, simply delicious. I had the angry trout and it was perfectly cooked, moist and flavorful. My... More

Bar drink selection quite varied with a number of specialty drinks, not cheap,$13. Great bartender. Generous pour. Continental quisine. Mac and cheese with lobster, heirloom tomatoes with goat cheese creme- fabulous. Steak tartare wonderful. Haddock over a garlic aioli was done just right. Portions were right sized. Service was excellent. Wine by the glass, $13-17. Great cup of coffee. Dessert... More

The Summit is one of The Broadmoor's premier restaurants. It deserves it high rating. The menu was ecletic, the food was perfect (no exaggeration), & the service top notch.

We had been to this restaurant a couple of years ago and wanted to try it again. The menu was exactly the same. We were told they don't change it except for some seasonal items. We thought the food was quite good but not as good as the other Broadmoor restaurants. The service was excellent and the wine list was... More

Everything about the Summit is first class; great seasonal selections, wine selection, and service. The solminier was outstanding, the manager was attentive and even cleared tabled, and our waitress was helpful and professional. The food was fabulous.
