Get the crab Mac n cheese... It was extremely tasty and filling. I had the steak with this which was nice but nothing life changing.

Had cocktails followed by dinner here. I have some dietary restrictions which are not complicated and the waiter seemed bothered by them. Yet, he and the chef came through in the end. It was very good and very enjoyable.

We ate at the restaurant with some good friends who we have not seen for awhile - We did not feel rushed and the food and service was excellent - The beef filet and the fish selections were cooked to perfection - My husband likes well done steak and it was done correctly the first time - Highly recommend this... Outstanding food and great wine list! Make reservations before you go. Highly recommend the Beef Tenderloin or Monkfish.

We had a light meal at the Summit We ordered the chicken entree and the halibut. .A delightful seasonal vegetable soup started the meal; both chicken and halibut were perfectly done; the halibut was as fresh as if we had gotten it in Alaska off the boat! The wait staff is helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Would definitely return.

Had a good previous meal at La Taverne restaurant and wanted to try a different restaurant at the Broadmoor, so went this time to Summit. It was a great experience, preceded by cocktails sitting outside on the terrace in the main part of the hotel. In Summit, the food quality was excellent and the service was friendly and helpful. Opted... More

My wife and I came here couple years ago and to still see the place up to high standard and the food was fantastic! My wife and I enjoyed dining here and will continue to dine here when we come through Colorado again! Pretty expensive but you pay for what you get and surely never disappoints. Both our meals and... The last time we stayed at the Broadmoor, the Summit wasn't on the menu. Designed and opened in 2006 by acclaimed restaurant designer Adam D. Tihany, Summit is the Broadmoor's French Bistro and, according to Frommer's, it ranks as one of America's 10 best hotel restaurants. That's high praise considering the Penrose Room, acknowledged by most restaurant critics as the... More

It has been a few years, happy to see this relaxed yet hip style is still getting it done. Nice bar selections, and great (yet a bit Pinot heavy) wine options for the wine types. The food is excellent, with diverse and interesting options. I opted for the skirt steak as an entree, and the my wife's chicken entree may... More

I had Monkfish and my wife had Halibut. Both were excellent. The service was very good and the atmosphere was pleasant. It is expensive with dinner for two with wine around $200. The sides were good but not necessary as the entrées had plenty of veggies.

Thank panster

A French Bistro, Summit marries French tradition with American originality. Summit's stellar menu of year-round favorites includes House Made Charcuterie, Potato Crusted Swordfish, Wagyu Beef Burger, Moules Mariniere and Hanger Steak. The ever-evolving seasonal selections find strength in a vibrant network of top-shelf vendors that provide the kitchen with the highest quality ingredients and local produce available. An extensive bar highlights local microbrews, cocktails and wines from the finest regions of the world, adding to Summit's unique assortment. Designed by acclaimed architect Adam D. Tihany, Summit's contemporary design is inspired by the grandeur of Pike's Peak and provides a stunning counterpoint to the classic elegance of The Broadmoor. Wood, metal, glass, leather and fabrics are used throughout the dining room to evoke a modern, yet natural feel suited perfectly to Summit's American brasserie menu and eclectic wine and cocktail program. Summit has been named one of America's 10 Best Hotel Restaurants by Frommer's and was previously honored in the Robb Report "Best of the Best", and Esquire's "Best New Restaurants" and "Best New Restaurant Design.
