Good and bad. Attentive service, friendly. Atmosphere upbeat and fun. Great selection of German and European beers and wines. Food was a mix. Schnitzels were very good as was the goulash. Pasta primavera was average. Red cabbage below average.
I would go again but stick...to the Germanic foodsMore
We enjoyed our experience and dinner, but are not particular fans of the heaviness of German food. The service was superb. The food is top quality and there are lots of options, but all heavy German based. Very good quality.
The desserts were second to...none. Great desserts. Either make space for dessert or take it home. They are awesome.
The pretzel appetizer is fabulous, and huge.More
Absolutely charming and the food is extremely well done! Their house salad is a combo of 4 clusters of green beans, beats, lettuce with tomato, and, of course German potato salad. The main course wiener schnitzel was Devine. We also tried the schnitzel that began...with a Z….it was good but way too much sauce. Ask for the sauce on the side so you can control it. Black Forest cake was good. Brought back to the hotel an eclair and a fruit tart for coffee in the morning. Have to give a shout out to our fantastic server-Emily. She was fantastic. Always a smile, honest opinions and guidance with food and beer. This is a definite solid good restaurant!More
This is not an authentic German restaurant and not typically what you would find in Germany either. Food was okay and plentiful but nothing spectacular. Prices were moderate. Service was slow. It was crowded and parking was a bit difficult. Beers were okay but no...German wines. All of the schnitzel was pork - no veal available.More

Are you sure you have the correct restaurant? We do have Veal as an optional upgrade on all our schnitzles, and almost all our wines are imported from Germany. Thanks!
Jagerschnitzel was very good and my wife loved the fruit salad. Place brings back memories of being in Germany. Nice patio outside to sit at, good idea to make reservations if you want to sit out there.
This restaurant is the real deal when looking for authentic German food. Had bratwurst and kraut that was second to none. I grew up in a German family in a German community in Nebraska and especially enjoyed the live polka music. We sang along like...old times.More
