The food was spot on. Each dish was made with local ingredients and cooked perfectly. It was really clear that a lot of time was taken to really create something special. If you have a chance I'd recommend trying some of their wine pairings. Not only was the food good, but I found the service to be extremely friendly and... More

Our dinner at The Margarita was our best meal of our week-long vacation to Colorado. Everything we ordered was wonderful, and we tried most of the menu. The crab bisque was unique and delicious, the fried artichokes were tender and perfectly crispy on the outside, and the crab fritters were similarly spot-on. I had the duck breast for my main... Had the three course dinner with two friends last night. Two of us ordered the Monk fish & the third person ordered the steak. When I took my first bite of fish, it tasted fishey. My second bite was not cooked and parts of it were bloody. It took forever for the server to return. She stated that she was... More

I've lived in COS my whole life and went to the Margarita for my birthday this evening. I was skeptical cause I just hadn't heard much about it, but boy was I impressed! The food is amazing! The app and soup I had were delicious, and my NY Strip was cooked to perfection. My company was happy also. Fresh baked... More

Have been to this restaurant many many times and received an email saying come on out, patio open, happy hour hours etc. Then only to get there during happy hour and we were told it starts next week. Borderline house wines $9. Food was good and atmosphere was very nice . Our server was nice but she made a point to... More

Well gee. Received an email yesterday heralding their summer activities which mentioned their happy hour from 4:30 to 6 Tuesday thru Monday. So I went with friends only to be told that it wouldn't be starting on the patio till next week. Should have said that in the email. Wine by the glass continues to be overpriced. Mezze appetizer was... More

We've dined here several times since moving here during the last few years. We especially love sitting outside for Sunday Brunch. The terraced garden area is very peaceful and so pretty! The food and Bloody Mary's are always top notch!! It's difficult to find great dining here in the Springs...particularly after experiencing the Chicago restaurant scene for a few years... More

We live in colorado springs and this is the place we bring out of towners. We have also used the Margarita for small parties. Dinner is a fixed price 3 or 5 course meal. The variety and amount of food is excellent. You can go on line and look at the menu for that night but there are several courses... More

Colorado Springs is not known for its restaurants...and there are a handful that make the foodie cut. This place is one of them! Chef is pretty daring in presenting dishes with unique flair. Perfect place for a creative lunch meeting or chick lunch. Chefs consistently participate in local nonprofit events, so they are in tune with the community at large.... More
