We sat on the patio and our servers were very accommodating. After receiving our drink orders, we heard thunder and asked if we could move indoors. One server stayed with us, and we were relocated to the lower level lounge. Then, we ordered appetizers, too. Everyone was satisfied with their order. Each dish was fresh and generously proportioned. Our server... More

Margaritas at Pine Creek is one of our favorite restaurants. The menu varies daily and is always delicious. We try to dine here every time we are in the Springs. Last week we went to celebrate my birthday and were not disappointed in the dinner at all!

We where staying nearby for a week and wanted a nice dinner close by to our hotel. The menu board confused us but after some debate we went in. We did not have reservations but they found us a cozy nook booth that was great. I took the 5 course meal and my wife took the 3. We chose our... More

This restaurant (#1 in my book) is totally hidden behind Embassy Suites Hotel (Exit 149). Food is excellent - chef Ryan Buder "knows his art" - you can taste it. Place has very nice "old fashion romantic feeling to it" there is also outdoor sitting area with very tasteful entertainment. You will love it.

We ate here for our anniversary dinner on a hot July evening. It has been a while since we have been here and now I know why. We selected th e 5 course meal option with wine pairing. Our server informed us that she would be choosing the wines. First mistake. Our server knew nothing about wine or wine pairing.... More

The food was spot on. Each dish was made with local ingredients and cooked perfectly. It was really clear that a lot of time was taken to really create something special. If you have a chance I'd recommend trying some of their wine pairings. Not only was the food good, but I found the service to be extremely friendly and... More

Our dinner at The Margarita was our best meal of our week-long vacation to Colorado. Everything we ordered was wonderful, and we tried most of the menu. The crab bisque was unique and delicious, the fried artichokes were tender and perfectly crispy on the outside, and the crab fritters were similarly spot-on. I had the duck breast for my main... Had the three course dinner with two friends last night. Two of us ordered the Monk fish & the third person ordered the steak. When I took my first bite of fish, it tasted fishey. My second bite was not cooked and parts of it were bloody. It took forever for the server to return. She stated that she was... More

I've lived in COS my whole life and went to the Margarita for my birthday this evening. I was skeptical cause I just hadn't heard much about it, but boy was I impressed! The food is amazing! The app and soup I had were delicious, and my NY Strip was cooked to perfection. My company was happy also. Fresh baked... More
