I found this place on the Find Me Gluten Free app. It was a total win. We choose to get all our dishes gluten free so we could share, though only my older daughter is gluten intolerant. We got the pad Thai, pad siew (not like any pad siew I have had before- it was the thin noodles here, rather... More

For a quick, good meal, Thai Mint is a nice option. It's not the best Thai in town and not the worst, but offers basic Thai cuisine. Like many similar restaurants around the country, the spices are subdued and the heat levels skewed toward bland. The medium heat provides just a hint of pepper... if you close your eyes and... Overall, the food was delicious, but the restaurant needs better attention to detail. My wife wanted Jasmine tea, but they brought her green tea and swore it was Jasmine. Also, despite the food coming quick, it was room temperature. I'd give them another shot, but would recommend they pay closer attention.

So this is a perfectly fine Thai place. It's not spectacular, but it's perfectly competent. Note that they tend to overstate the spiciness of their food, so you may want to order a notch up from what you usually do, especially if you like it spicy.

We went to Thai Mint during a business trip and enjoyed our dinner at Thai Mint. Since I have never been to Colorado Springs I was not used to everything closing at 9:00, and we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30. We were warmly greeted and provided an awesome meal. My rule of thumb for first trips to Thai restaurants... More

People: remember what the late Yogi Berra used to say -- "it's so crowded no one goes there any more." It's crowded because they have great creamy coconut milk curries with top cuts of meat. The chicken satay with peanut sauce and cucumber salad is the best I've ever tasted. And the Tom Yum soup is to die for. Nuff... More

I am non-white and I noticed the difference in level of service my family received from others around us. I make yellow curry and theirs was not from scratch. It was also watery and oily at same time. I asked them to take it back after only tasting it and they refused. Lobby of restaurant also unkempt-leaves all over floor.... More

Good food but...they were out of any shrimp, and they only serve/sell Spring Rolls on Saturday and Sunday. Very interesting decision on their part. Overall, the food came out fast and hot. No complaints.

Thai Mint is a local family owned restaurant in a shopping center. There were three of us, we all had different items for dinner. We were all very impressed with the food, décor and service. I had the Green Curry (hot) with Chicken - it was fabulous!
