All the servers were so nice, especially Sheryl, she made my morning. Food was delicious and fresh, and I was very comfortable there by myself.

I know gumbo. I cook a Very Good Gumbo. The Gumbo at Springs Orleans is possibly the BEST I have ever found outside of my own kitchen... (maybe better).

My wife had a birthday recently, and we wanted to try some place new. Springs Orleans was suggested to us. Right in the middle of downtown Colorado Springs, an area we both love. We dressed for dinner, but we're pleasantly surprised by the casual dress...More

This is a fine restaurant, located in the heart of colorado springs. Beautiful decor and atmosphere but with a menu that does not really match. I will come here again because it is convenient to all the downtown attractions and business takes me to that...More

Do yourself a favor and try their Sunday brunch! They have a WIDE selection of food offerings from fresh fruit, salad, smoked salmon, pastries, traditional breakfast food, southern foods, and of course the carving station. And their desserts...OMG.

We stayed at the lovely Mining Exchange and popped in to Springs Orleans for a quick preparatory business lunch before a meeting. Oysters, salmon, rice, and most especially the French Onion soup were ALL delicious!! Attentive service, comfy booth, great looking bar. We will return!

We were disappointed. Portions were small for the price. Flavors just okay. Blackened chicken was super dry. Crawfish etoufee was just okay. Very little protein. The fried chicken with the rice and beans needed salt. Will not be going back.More

Description
Springs Orleans is dishing up local favorites and Cajun Classics! We are the hottest restaurant and bar in Downtown Colorado Springs. Whether you are craving a burger, a salad or some amazing étouffée, Springs Orleans has something to please everyone. Executive Chef Jason Miller has created a menu that is as affordable as it is delicious. From your appetizer to your dessert - which is made fresh in house daily, you won't be disappointed. Laissez le Bon temp rouller! (As they say in New Orleans - Let the Good Times Roll! )
