My wife and I went here as the last dinner of our honeymoon. The drinks were amazing. The crab cake appetizer was very good. My filet was cooked for perfection and she enjoyed her fish as well. They gave us a free dessert because of...the special occasion, which was much appreciated.More

I had a reservation and was seated in the bar with a very small table and uncomfortable chairs. I asked if there was another option and received a nonchalant reply of no. Cocktails and service was fine. This was my 4th visit to this restaurant....Previous visits were very good. Skip the wedge salad. The steaks were fabulous as well as the Brussel sprouts. The bearnaise sauce tasted like mustard sauce. Twice, I was asked how things were and twice I told the staff about the sauce. Another nonchalant-hmmm, it is what it is. We have many fabulous options for a $200 weeknight dinner in this area. I guess it is best to choose one that is consistent and actually responds when you provide an honest response to the question asked. Don’t send multiple folks around to interrupt dinner if you could care less about the answer.More

Last night was our third visit. Their food is very very good - especially steak. I had the filet mignon - it was perfect. My wife ordered a drink to have with dinner when we ordered and it arrived just as we finished eating; nearly...45 minutes later. Second time that’s happened. Our server said that they did not expect to be as busy because it was after the holidays. Pretty lame excuse I think. In the end, we had a great time and enjoyed our meal. They just need to tighten up their systems.More

The meal and service were both exceptional. When we made the reservation, we indicated it was our anniversary. They showed us to a table with a red rose and anniversary card from the staff. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and just overall great. We both...ordered martinis. The Blood Orange Moon was made with blood orange juice and was delicious. I tried a chocolate martini and they offered to switch it for something else if I didn't like it. My husband ordered the filet and I had the delmonico. Both were well seasoned and cooked just as we requested. Sides are a la carte with plenty for 2+ people. We had a choice of a free dessert for our anniversary which we didn't expect. Menu items are pricey but the meal and service made it worthwhile for a special occasion. Would definitely visit this restaurant again.More

Prime 25 is an unassuming diamond in the rough. I had dinner here while in town for a conference celebrating one of my good friend's birthday. The service was impeccable, the drinks were well crafted, the food was delicious, and dessert was to die for!...Hoping I get to visit Colorado Springs again just so I can plan my next dinner there!More

We’re originally from Texas and I used to take my wife to Eddie V’s for our anniversary. It’s a superb steak and seafood restaurant in Fort Worth that will make you throw rocks at the Del Frisco’s. I was looking for something of that caliber...for our 7th anniversary here, and I found it in Prime 25. The food was outstanding. I had steak, my wife had mahi-mahi. We had oysters on the half shell and martinis. The service by Shandra, was impeccable. She was prompt, courteous and suggestive when asked, which is something my wife likes very much. The price was right about what I expected. When food and service is of this quality for a special occasion I don’t mind paying the price for it. We were both very satisfied and felt that we were treated very special on this special anniversary day.More

I have eaten here a few times and come away with the same conclusion. The food here is average at best and it is exorbitantly priced. Service staff are not professional servers just young people trying to work a tip out of customers and they...aren't really knowledgeable at all. The wine list is outrageously priced.More
