We go to Jun's about once a month and have never been disappointed. His sushi is uniformly good and not just a little piece of tuna or salmon on a roll of rice the fish covers the rice and hangs over the ends. Service is good and we always ask for extra ginger and there is no problem, they bring... More

Friends recommended this place to us. The food was pretty good, my husband LOVED it actually. We had some Godzilla eggs which were very good. It was just our waitress, though she was nice, she had no clue what anything on the menu was and there was no description next to any of the entrees. We took our best guess... More

We ordered the edamame as an appetizer--it tasted like it had probably just come out of the pack--was barely warm, no salt. Sushi didn't taste all that fresh. We've eaten at several other sushi places around town and this by far lags behind the others. We more than likely won't be back with other more tasty options available in town.... More

My first experience with sushi was at Jun's first location on Dublin. I reluctantly went, did not enjoy it and nearly never went back. Somehow I gave it another shot and on that visit had a great experience. Since then I have had sushi all over the US and in many parts of the world. In many ways, I think... More

We sat at the low traditional tables and really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere during dinner. We ordered off the sushi menu and this was some of the best sushi I have had. The Lion King roll was outstanding on a plate that did not have anything bad on it. We did order the spicy yellowtail roll and it was delicious,... More

Ordered Combination Beef and after getting home, discovered it was Chicken. The chicken had a LOT of grizzle. The broccoli tasted old, The Miso soup was subpar. The California Roll was not typical for a California Roll - a crab mix and a tiny piece of Avocado wrapped with rice. Looked store bought. I'm sorry, I didn't find anything great... More

I recently posted a review of Jun's a Japanese restaurant featuring sushi, tempura and chef style table grills. Ooops. There are two Jun's restaurants. The one I was descriping was on the westsite of town off Centennial. I can't comment on the other Jun's, but from the looks of the comments, the other site might be pretty bad. I have... More

The worst service, mediocre sushi, and high prices. I had a friend who was gluten sensitive and asked repeatedly if things had soy sauce or tempura. The wait staff had no idea and he ended up getting sick from something there. Very limited sushi selection and with such a limited menu, I expected the items they did have to be... More

A friend forced me to go back in 1998. I hated sushi, or the idea of it, until he introduced me to wasabi!! That was before Wah..saaaaah..bi became popular. Jun's is the standard I judge all other places. Dublin is an old dive, newly updated but great for locals. Centennial is nicer and updated for nice evenings with friends or... More

Jun has the best sushi of pretty much any place we've ever been, including CA, ATL, NY…it's so creative and tasty…never miss a chance to take visitors who come to Colorado Springs!
