We were passing through Castle Rock and checked out trip advisor for a place for an early dinner. Yolanda's looked like a place where everyone in our family of four could find something to eat. It did not disappoint. Chips and queso were delicious! Chips were very fresh. Chicken nachos, a burrito, and quesadilla were enjoyed by the family. Great... More

The tacos are fresh and so good! We really love the shrimp tacos the best. We also love their family packs that you can serve at home.

The people at Yolanda's are very friendly and helpful and will answer any questions that you have about the menu. The queso burrito is the best you will ever have.

My family chooses Yolanda's any chance we get. Haven't had a bad meal yet. Love the expansion as well. Definitely more inviting. My favorite are deconstructed nachos with Diablo salsa. Keep it up!

Typically the order is nacho's, & big enough for two & fantastic. However, last time visited I was hungry for Guac. So I went with the service person's recommendation of the Guac tostada. I was not disappointed, it too was delicious. The only time I was disappointed were with the quesadillas (didn't seem to be a whole lot on the... More

This is a down and dirty dive with decent food. You can see the kitchen working and you know what you're getting. It's hard to screw up Mexican food. I like it. It's not great it's nice and simple and cheap. If you find yourself hungry stop in. Generally very fast.

I have driven by Yolanda's for 5 years. Couldn't imagine it was a big deal. Then a friend told me that she was taking her daughter there for hr 5th birthday at her daughter's begging request. We had friends in town last month and they wanted lunch and some thing "local". Figured we give Yolanda's a try. I am so... More

Yolanda's offers something out of the ordinary, run of the mill Mexican joint. Their food is always fresh and in high demand, and its a huge favorite with the locals. I wish the portions were a little larger hence the 4 star rating, but the taste does not disappoint.

We love this place! Enjoyed it long before the remodel and now even more! Salsa Fresca and tomatillo sauce with the puerco barbacoa nachos is my favorite. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
