We had a reservation for 6:15, and were seated around 6:40. We had a large group, so service wasn't terribly speedy. The food arrived and was tasty, but nothing to rave about. Just after 8:00 we were told that there was another large party waiting, and we should probably finish up. I was painfully unimpressed!

This is a modern "concept restaurant." The theme is American food with a few twists. There is a slight Mexican flavor, and the rooms are crowded and noisy with happy people. We would have dined at one of the outside tables, but the street was crowded with cruising cars. My dish featured a double-size pork chop, with double decker bones... More

Union on Saturdays is our favorite because martinis are half price. The appetizers is good. The meals are also quite good. We love the Union.

Only had lunches there and was never disappointed. Had a salmon BLT there once that was to die for. Inside or outside if the patio is open. Food always seems high quality and well prepared.

Had an awesome meal here. Service was perfect. I had the lamb shoulder. My wife had the steak wedge salad. Both were very good. Coconut cream pie was delicious. Will be coming back.

We live in Castle Rock,CO and dine regularly at Union. Our last visit included old friends who were in town to help their daughter move to the area. Union never disappoints, the food is tremendous, the atmosphere fun, and the martini list cannot be beat. Our friends will be visiting their daughter regularly and asked us to keep Union on... More

I always enjoy their pork chop. Their filet Mignon is consistently tender and cooked correctly. The wine list is always complimentary to the menu offerings.

There has been so much hype about the "Union" since it had opened in town a few years ago. Everyone tells us the atmosphere is great, the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable! Well I can tell you that we sat next to the fireplace in the "dinning room" and the only way I could hear my husband... More

Although we had a reservation, we still waited 25 minutes to get seated. The space was noisy and sterile. Our waitress was not happy to be working there and it showed in the poor level of service. Although the food was very good, the large plate portions were very small and not cooked as requested. When the waitress finally delivered... More
