Local brewery. We did not eat only had drinks... not too impressed by the beer or the service. Pretty average.

Better than normal brewery food. It's fun to sit out side and enjoy the sites. Everything I've had there has been good

I have yet to hand down a bad brewpub review in Colorado. As is par for the state, beers were well crafted and quite a value.

Stopped for food and beers after hiking mushroom rock. Small selection of beers and wish they had more brewed in house when we stopped. Waitress was very attentive. Two of us got the bourbon bacon grilled cheese which is excellent. The grilled onions make the sandwich. Fries were greasy and overcooked. The coleslaw was very tasty.

We decided to eat here after a chef that works there told us that they had new owners and had completely changed and improved the menu. Previously, it was mainly a brewery with some typical bar fare offered as well, but now it has some improved quality options for food. They do a local beef burger pretty well and my... More

I stopped before Ride the Rockies. Friendly staff. I got the rueben and fries. Rueben was good, I'd vote for a little more sour kraut. The mushroom fries were the show-stealers! IMHO possible top fries ever.

My wife and I stopped in for a drink and a bite. Service was prompt and friendly. The beer was good. I could have used it a degree or two colder. Not bad, just not perfect - for me. We had the pretzel and beer cheese starter. Very good. Beer cheese could have been a bit thicker. My wife had... More

Came in for First Friday, place was busy and hopping. Ordered the English Bitter Ale, so good! Had to have a couple. Nachos were tasty. service was thoughtful and friendly. Place was packed by the time we left, with a band about to start. Had so much fun and will be back again for those delicious drafts!

Met some friends for dinner and drinks at Carbondale Beer Works while on a ski vacation in Glenwood Springs. Burgers were good, service was great, craft beers were the best.
