The food was ok; we ordered ribs which had a great taste but were a little burnt. I'm a little spoiled with respect to good food and found their green beans were not that great in taste. The sweet tea was fresh and the customer service was great. We will return again to give it another try.

We ate here on the recommendation of a local guide. The staff are very friendly and the portion sizes are large. But we did not care for the food (and our group had several different dishes). Perhaps we just hit it on an off night, but I would not go back again.

Excellent, excellent BBQ. I had ribs which were so flavorful and meat just fell off the bone. Family had chopped brisket sandwichs. Portions were generous and service a little slow.

We chose Chicago Bob's after hiking the Tunnel Drive Trail and working up an appetite. The atmosphere was nice when we walked in (the wonderful smell of BBQ hits your nose the second you step inside.), and our waitress was super friendly, especially to my 6-year-old. She made her feel very comfortable (she's shy). We ordered - I chose a... More

We stopped in here after rafting due to a guide's recommendation. We were not disappointed! Great BBQ food and the owner was super nice (Except that he is a Bear's fan and we are Packer fans, LOL. ) Would come back here in a heartbeat. Great food and reasonable prices.

We stopped here after a trip on the Royal Gorge Railroad & were very pleased. Brisket was great - tender and good flavor along with a side of potato salad made for a great lunch. Staff was friendly & service was quick, Would eat here again.

For not giving Chicago Bob's a better review. We stopped into Chicago Bob's before a ride on the Royal Gorge RR, and based upon many favorable reviews that we'd seen here on TripAdvisor and elsewhere. In all fairness, Chicago Bob's had a tough row to hoe with us, since almost all of us were either from or had lived in... More

The food I ate was delicious, and the service was pretty good. Too bad they were out of almost everything (brisket, spare ribs, gyros, cornbread, blackened chicken, lemons and even butter).

We were greeted by an employees little boy, that was adorable, and the rest of the staff were also all very friendly. The food itself was phenomenal. My kids are insanely picky and they loved it. I personally had the Blackened Chicken and cole slaw. Juicy and flavorful without being salty. Should I ever return to Colorado, I would definitely... More
