I totally disagree with the reviewer that said Taco Bell was better and cheaper. I refuse to go to Taco Bell, but Pancho's was pretty decent. The salsa/chile for sure was not better than Taco Bell, but that was the only disappointment. Like most places in Buena Vista, it's not fancy. Pretty much everything we did in this town seemed... Internet said buffet but no buffet. So-so food, plastic chairs with bizarre (in the bad sense) wall art from 50 years ago, and crappy service. Trash can overflowing, no condiments or silverware or napkins available in dining area. For a moment I thought I was back in the elementary school cafeteria.

Stopped for a quick burger and fries before heading on home. All good food and quick service. Staff was friendly and helpful and we were on our way quickly.

My family owns a small cabin outside of Buena Vista so we have been coming to Pancho's for nearly two decades. They have great burgers, corn dogs, shakes, and malts. We enjoy grabbing our food to go and eating it in the park across the street.

The inside of this restaurant is small and cute. I was one of 3 guests in the restaurant and it took 30 mins for an order of ONE taco....a couple of other small groups arrived and then it took me 25 mins just to get the bill. (I had to go and stand by the service area) to pay my... More

The restaurant smelled like a port-o-potty. That alone was disgusting. Then I got the food- a completely over-cooked, hockey-puck like burger that was inedible. The eating area is dark and cramped. All of the tables were dirty, even though there was only one other couple in the restaurant. Locals call this place "Rauncho's" for a reason. There are so many... More

We made a lunch stop here and opted for take-out which we enjoyed across the street in the pretty park with stream, small pond and large shade trees. Everyone was pleased with his food: burger & fries, breakfast burrito, hot dog, meat tacos, and the shakes are thick and tasty. Mmmm.

After five days camping my 9 yr old daughter & niece came in for lunch. The food was great. Fresh. Hot, & a lot ! The burritos are more than a fair portion for $3 or $4 bucks. One of the nine ur olds had a burger & ate all of it. The people inside working where courteous & friendly.... More

Alright. Pancho's has been our family lunch stop since they had the Pancho mannequin seated in the corner table of the restaurant. For the longest time I ordered beef tacos and forgot about the rest of the menu. This time I tried the chicken soft shell taco which comes with rice for $4, and have my new favorite! Love the...
