Relative to other Indian restaurants in the metro Denver/Boulder area, Azitra is expensive. On the other hand it provides better quality than the others. You pay for what you get. We had lamb vindaloo (spiciness = 4 on a scale of 1-5 where 5 is "Indian hot"), a lentil dish (daal) and an eggplant dish (bhindi). All were good. The... More

The food was ok. My stepson ordered the prawns and the portion was small. My husband ordered the lamb, he said it was ok. It was a bit tough. I had the chick pea vegetarian option. It was good. Heat level 1 was the most I could take. The cauliflower appetizer was good, but a little too hot for me.... More

We wrongly assumed that this place was like any other Indian restaurant but you walk in to a different ambience (BTW I am not critiquing the ambience of any Indian restaurant). The place smells great, menu is very polished, waiting staff is friendly and the food tops it off. Highly recommended if you are in the Broomfield area.

They have a variety of selections. The service is good. It is nice to have a business meeting there. It is not crowded nor loud and close to the hotels in the area.

Waited 40 minutes for food during lunch, ordered express curry chicken not spicy (2 out of 5 scale of spicy) the food was very spicy, probably 4 instead of 2.

The food was good, the atmosphere dark and sleek. We (myself, a friend and boyfriend ) went out to eat there after seeing Ghostbusters at the local theater, only a 3 or 4 minute drive away. I personally prefer Indian restaurants with more of an ethnic atmosphere, however another in my group really liked the ambience. Probably good for a... More

I am very critical of Indian cuisine because I often cook it myself, but I was very happy with my meal here. The Naan bread is delicious, and all the food was excellent. It is also really nice that you can tell them the heat level you want. I did a 3 for the Tikki Masala and that was perfect... More

The atmosphere was very nice. The food was great. The service was friendly, but at times neglectful. I would definitely go back. My family doesn't normally like Indian food as much as I do, but they all agreed the food was very good. Mango kebab on happy hour menu. Lamb Korma was awesome.

We went to the taste of Broomfield and tasted some of their spicy curry lamb and it was very, very yummy. I haven't been to the restaurant yet but I know that it will be fabulous because if you can keep your food tasting great for the 3 hours of this show, I imagine that when made fresh it would... This place is a little nicer and more upscale than the typical Indian restaurant. It's a bit pricier too, but the food is very good and so is the service. Their cauliflower appetizer is one of the tastiest dishes I've ever had. Definitely a great choice if you're in the mood for a nice Indian place.
