I took my visiting family here and everyone loved it. It was fun to watch the corn tortillas being made and they were delicious! The chips were warm and fresh and the service was fast and excellent, especially for how busy they were! We could not believe how big the portions were for the price. We saw other diner's plates... We were in Brighton about 3:30 PM on a Tuesday, and having driven by Los Jimadores many times, decided to stop in for an early dinner. Only two other small parties were eating and the one waitress provided quick and attentive service. My husband and I both had a grande combination plate. Mine included taco, tamale and cheese enchilada. Ground... More

We eat here as a family probably every other month or so. Extremely friendly staff, remember my children and teach them new Spanish words. As mentioned, the fresh made tortillas and salsas are wonderful. Portions are huge, we never finish and enjoy them for breakfast with eggs the next day.

My husband and I had a fantastic dinner there last night. We loved the freshly made, warm tortillas with our meals - both entrees were delicious! Definitely not your chain restaurant!Service was exceptional- worth the visit!

We walked in to see a woman making fresh tortillas, served warm with fresh roasted salsa, delicious! Service was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely drive the 40ish miles to come back. Sooo yummy!

This was our first time here and I was impressed! The menu is different from what we usually see at most Mexican restaurants. There was a lot of seafood but not a lot of dishes with green chili. I had a chicken combination with rice beans and a taco and it was really good. My girlfriend had the relleno dinner... More

My wife and I visit at least once a month. The food is always outstanding with service to match. Great, potent house margaritas. During the evenings you get fresh (made right by hostess stand) corn tortillas with three delicious and different types of salsa...free! Chips and salsa are always included. Portions are huge; we like to split the pork carnitas... More

My family eats here often and we have not once been disappointed. Service is quick and friendly, menu is diverse and fairly piced. If you go on a weekend there are fresh hot tortillas that are AMAZING.

First off, it's called Los Jimadores now. Outstanding house margaritas always. Senorita at the door making homemade corn tortillas brought to your table when seated with homemade salsaS....not one but three. Incredible. The pork carnitas are outstanding. I have no idea why people rate this place less than 4 stars. We have lots of options in this town for Mexican... More

Tasteless beans and rice, Chile relleno was burnt to a crisp. Plate was brought out 10 min . after the first plate.
