The rolls and sashimi we got were fresh and tasty. The restaurant seems geared to adults. The waiter brought BIG full glasses of water that were hard for my 8 year old granddaughter to handle and we had to ask for a smaller covered cup. All the sushi that the kids got came with wasabi on the rice and the... More

Flying Fish has always been a refreshing choice in Breckenridge. In a town of pizza and burgers, MFF stands out. Chef Tetsuo carefully shapes his sushi with pride and is very present within the restaurant. A reliable, healthy and delicious staple!

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant about going but wow! I was very pleasantly surprised. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The various rolls we had were amazing. Make sure to try the volcano roll. You will be blown away. Service was awesome. Plus if you have your own wine( list is not to extensive) they will... More

We go to Mountain Flying Fish at least 3x a month. Always great service, very fresh seafood, and Aaron is always our server - very helpful and efficient and an all around great guy. Service, food and specials...Oh and sake of course. Can't go wrong. Best sushi in Colorado! Highly recommend!

We were sick of bar food (even though Breck does great bar food) and the Mountain Flying Fish was a great alternative. The sushi was fresh. The sashimi was delicious while the rolls were a little too saucy for me but if you like rolls that are "fancy" you will love them. Go early because it is a small place... More

We discovered this place last year while skiing Breckenridge and could not wait to come back. There are so many things to choose from and they are all good. Our favorites are the Cha Cha Poppers, the Gyoza and the Daily Dragons - all from the daily special menu. We also like the Sashimi Combos- which is a work of... More

We ate here on one night on our holiday, arrived early which was good and staff friendly. Starter's were good, we did not chose Sushi but dumplings and prawns. Main course was meat and would have prefered it to be more Asian, basically the meat and sauce in a pot.It was Ok but not startling. There were a lot of people... More

I'm not a sushi expert so the menu was a little overwhelming. So i just ordered some of the daily specials on the blackboard and everything was very tasty. The place was busy but the server was attentive and took the time to explain items to me. I was sitting at the counter and watched the sushi masters send out... More

What a great place for sushi. Would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting this mountain town. Keep in mind they do not accept reservations to do plan accordingly. Great atmosphere, comfortable seating and easy parking.
