The bartender was amazing, but the place smelled like bad fish...that turned us off. We did not try the menu but it looked great.

A must for foodies - beautiful presentations, fascinating food combinations, topped off with excellent service. Even our picky eater was tempted to go outside her comfort zone and was very happily surprised. Highly recommended for both groups, dates and certainly for staff parties! Many thanks Ember

I had a chance to visit this restaurant this past Sunday with group of friends from New Orleans. This was my first visit to Breckenridge and we didn't know much about the places so we booked a table at this place because of the good reviews and wow...what a great decision. Food was delicious, from the appetizers to the main... More

We were a party of 6 and had to have reservation because of the amount of people, but we did enjoy a lot of dishes. We can recall the bests the lobster crepe, the pheasant taco and the haribut cheeks they were fantastic!! as main courses we ate Venison (strong flavor with great sides) lamb (with hot indian style) chicken... If you are coming to breckenridge you owe it to yourself to have dinner here. Do not, I repeat do not skip the desert. My husband said it was absolutely the best tenderloin he has ever had with a mix of flavors that took it to the next level. I had venison that was one of the most tender cuts... More

Everyone speaks so highly about Ember you go with unrealistic expectations. The originality of each course, service and ambiance are eagerly anticipated and Ember exceeds every expectation. The staff's eagerness to please is like being invited to a family table set in a cozy art museum. Our server was knowledgeable and highly professional. He pleasantly guided us through the menu.... We love to belly up at the bar given we had no reservations during a busy Christmas week! Our bartender Parker redeemed the disappointing meal. I loved the amazing drink and wine list and the menu looked promising but I'm still scratching my head over the lamb osso bucco served with grilled baby bok choy and cold pico de Gallo.... More

My dad, brother and I tried Ember while on a 1-week ski vaca in Breckenridge from Philadelphia. Philly has a great food scene, so we always have high expectations when dining out. Ember did not disappoint! The atmosphere is cozy and quiet, with a fire place and warm decor, perfect to follow-up a long day of skiing. The menu is... More

We arrived at Ember on a snowy Dec night. The salad we ordered barely had dressing. The taco appetizers were delicious. The oso bocco was good as well as my Husbands scallops. The kids menu was lacking variety. They offer shrimp quesadilla, fish nuggets or a overlooked thin pizza that neither of my kids ate. I would recommend this place... More

Description
A new restaurant in Breckenridge built on the reputation and talent of Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw. "Never rest on your laurels," are words Scott lives by and this is evident in his globally-influenced menu and the contemporary styling of this historical Victorian home. We invite you for apres-ski at the bar, a casual dinner with friends, or a romantic evening. Put a spark in your night. Let us warm your soul.
