We came here for dinner on a Saturday night. The drinks and wine were superb. We both had venison for dinner. It was cooked to perfection with blue-cheese stuffed French toast, and haricot vert. Amazing flavors and textures. Awaiting dessert and coffee. A must stop!

A friend and I stopped by after craving some dessert and we couldn't have been more pleased! We had the carrot cake donut holes and the banana and coconut tres leches. The presentation was colorful and all the goodies were delicious! Both desserts came with fancy goodies, like the chocolate chile pepita bark with the donut holes and the bourbon... More

We ate here one night during our summer vacation. After almost 10 minutes, a waiter finally approached out table and seemed bemused that we needed attention. One of us ordered a dirty martini. It tasted like straight up vodka. Our waiter's "excuse" for the drink was that the bar was very busy. I don't buy that because there were only... More

An exceptional experience. Chef Scotty continually puts out great innovative cuisine. We visit Ember a few times a year and the menu is always fresh, new, creative and delicious!! Our waiter on Sunday was Miles. His knowledge of the menu was extensive, and he helped us pick a great wine that paired perfectly with our Entrees!! Thank you Miles, we'll... More

This restaurant rivals the cuisine of LA and NY. Comfortable and hip environment with very reasonable prices and terrific wine list The bar also looks like fun. Highly recommended.

My husband and I ate at Ember last week. What a treat!! He raved about the halibut and I raved about the fois gras, but we have to admit all the food was just delicious. And the wine too! Our server, Miles, was so knowledgeable about the wine and the food and and so professional. We'll be back with pleasure.

My wife and I enjoyed a dinner experts here. The menu has unusual features that challenge the imaginary and tantalize the taste buds. Max and Ben, our server, were attentive and helpful with suggestions on the menu. The menu changes seasonally and the desserts are phenomenal. The homemade ice creams and carrot cake holes were very good. We definitely recommend... More

A new restaurant in Breckenridge built on the reputation and talent of Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw. "Never rest on your laurels," are words Scott lives by and this is evident in his globally-influenced menu and the contemporary styling of this historical Victorian home. We invite you for apres-ski at the bar, a casual dinner with friends, or a romantic evening. Put a spark in your night. Let us warm your soul.
