Didn't have any food, but my wife and I stopped in for cocktails prior to dinner reservations across the street at Le Petit Paris. Bartender and was friendly and the drinks were fantastic.

Four years in a row now. Amazing food. Amazing drinks. Amazing everything. Scott Boshaw is an amazing chef and Max at the front is one awesome guy as well. The venison was a true experience and then caprese pasta with shrimp was an explosion of flavor. To top it off, the Quattro leches was divine. Pick your drink to go... More

Entree's - pork chop and halibut were especially good, but the accompany sides were over spiced for even someone who likes spicy food.

My husband and I recently visited Ember when we were staying in Breckenridge for several days. It has been several years since we have had dinner there and we were pleasantly surprised by the unique menu offerings. However, the menu is limited and dinners are pretty pricey for what you get. I tried the quail and it was excellent, but... More

This restaurant has a quiet yet elegant ambiance. The menu is very innovative. We had the pasta cabrese that was wonderful. The halibut was excellent. The wine list is very nice.

Interesting restaurant with creative food. Overall, appetizers are a winner. The goat bao buns were clearly a winner and the octo"pie" is right up there too. The octo"pie" would benefit from a little more octopus. It was really good but scant on the flatbread, which was very flavorful and, for those who are not a fan of curry, the taste... More

We've dined annually for years at Ember (and its previous incarnation, Cafe Alpine), including two visits this year. We still find the atmosphere, service and above all the food to be consistently good to excellent. Take advantage of an al fresco table if available and weather sitable. Highly recommended

Though the menu looked interesting and quite different the reality was sadly dull, flavorless food (served by very friendly and informed staff) but in a dated and rather gloomy dining room with zero atmosphere. At least get rid of the fake candles that change colors every few seconds. Sounds petty but just added to the dated feel of the place.... More

This is a really lovely restaurant right off Main St. The menu is very different - some unusual selections and combinations. My meal was interesting, but very good. The staff is super friendly - the server was well trained and very knowledgeable about the menu and preparation of each dish. I would definitely go back. A caveat - if you... More

A new restaurant in Breckenridge built on the reputation and talent of Chef/Owner Scott Boshaw. "Never rest on your laurels," are words Scott lives by and this is evident in his globally-influenced menu and the contemporary styling of this historical Victorian home. We invite you for apres-ski at the bar, a casual dinner with friends, or a romantic evening. Put a spark in your night. Let us warm your soul.
