Great pizza! We did a pepperoni and sausage to go. It definitely tasted baked in a wood-fired oven. Sausage is the crumbly kind. Only knock is that the pepperoni was a little sparse and was placed on top rather than baked in, so it easily...fell off. Still tasted great though!More

Hi Kristen, Thanks for grabbing a pizza from us on our last weekend before we close for a bit to clean up for ski season! We hope to see you back this winter.

In these times of Covid, when we are doing a lot of outside dining and deliveries it was such a nice way to enjoy friends over cocktails and great food.....INSIDE! Great selection of small plates...all delicious! We shared several. Great service.

Fabulous food and great service! Definitely recommend the fried artichoke, caprese salad and Gorgonzola pasta dish. We will be back for more!

Thanks for the great feedback, the Penne Gorgonzola is my favorite dish on the menu!

Dining at Sauce on the Maggie is like dining on the moon . . . . Great food, no atmosphere. I can’t say enough great things about the food and service here. The Linguine with Clam Sauce was delish as was the Eggplant Parm. The...bruschetta was ok. The toppings were a bit bland, the lettuce garnish was wilted and the toast was crumbly. And while the waitstaff was very attentive and personable, the surroundings were so bland and tired. The ceiling fans looked as if they were 20 years old as did the tables and chairs. There were very few personal touches. While we loved the food and service, it takes a lot more to make me want to come back to a restaurant. There is so much potential here.More

Hi DesignGirl, I'm sorry you don't appreciate our interior design, we did put some thought into making it into an open and inviting space, but perhaps that doesn't appeal to everyone. Of course, during the summer we recommend dining al fresco on our patio that...More

Really good food - just like home cooking (but better). Really friendly staff that could not do more for us. Enough said! Not to be missed!

Two of us sat in at a high-top in the bar area after driving up from Denver on a Friday evening. We arrived after happy hour but took a look at the menu provided. Nicole at the bar is very professional and attentive. She made...great recommendations for both food and wine. We went back the next day for Happy Hour and sat at the bar. Bartenders Steve and Nicole kept us in mind despite the full and festive atmosphere.More

Ordered a large supreme pizza and Caesar salad to be delivered. Pizza crust was so soggy it just fell apart! They piled wet sautéed onions up all over the pie & ruined it. Tried to crisp it in the oven... just hot & soggy. For...$70, and less than a 3 minute walk from their location to ours, you’d think they could deliver a decent pizza. Nope. Lesson learned.. never again.More

Recently, Lynn & I decided to try a new place on our last night in Breckenridge. We had read the menus on Sauce and decided that Italian was it on this night. It was Valentines Day and Presidents Day weekend and we were surprised that...we could walk right into the restaurant on one of the busiest weekends of the year. After perusing the specials and the menu we decided on the rainbow trout, family size (feeds 2) ($38) And we paired it with a bottle of William Hill Chardonnay ($28). We were a bit shocked when the entree came out within minutes of our server Rich putting in the order? Our fish was good...two nice big pieces accompanied by green beans and mashed potatoes. We also had a desert which was a chocolate mousse with cayenne pepper and black cherry drizzle. It was really good. Rich was attentive and did a good job in serving us. It was a delightful new experience.More

We made a New Year’s Eve dinner reservation for 17 people a month and a half out. We confirmed the reservation 3 times. The bar staff was friendly and expedient while we waited for our table. Once seated we were told that the family pizzeria...was not serving pizza on New Year’s because they were afraid they wouldn’t be able to handle it. The Alfredo was inedible, and we were told it was because they hired extra help for New Years and someone else made it. Our bill was over $600 and the food was subpar & mediocre at best. We had to get up to go get our own plates for our family style Caesar salad due to the lack of service. Very disappointed as we heard wonderful things about this restaurant.More

Hi Amy, I apologize for your meal on New Year's. We had some unfortunate staffing emergencies during the holidays which left us short handed for the busiest time of year. Your meal with us was not up to our standards and I'm sorry for that.
