Excellent wine selection, large portions of tasty food, and a convenient location - what more can you ask for? We'd definitely go back for another dinner.

great food and service. Sauce is off the main street so we had never tried it or knew it was there until this week. Nice Italian comfort food, a perfect pairing with skiing.

Thanks for making the effort to find us in The Village at Breckenridge! Located just off of Main Street, we're not far from the action but it is a tucked back with a beautiful view over the Maggie Pond.

We visited Sauce on the Maggie for happy hour and were quite pleased. My spouse and I shared a 10” Margarita pizza and had small plates of rigatoni and sausage plus the Caprese salad. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the house Chianti. Everything...was delicious. Server/bartender Caleb was attentive. We were staying nearby and very happy to have this quality restaurant available. We would certainly return and try full dinner in the future.More

Wow!! Three ladies came for my birthday and Jake was our server. What a treat! He was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was having an issue with its fire extinguishing system and was repairing it. Jake was apologetic and it only made for a...more exciting dining experience. We ordered a midrange bottle of wine, the calamari, a family salad, and a family pasta to share and the bill WITH TIP was only $155!! I will be back for sure!More

We made a reservation for 20 people, then added an extra person last minute on a Saturday night! The service was excellent. (Thank you Sarah!). Everyone's food order was correct and delicious. The actual restaurant was a little difficult to find in the dark and...cold, but once there it was warm and inviting. My only complaint was the ladies room - cold, dark, one broken stall, no working toilet paper roll, no soap. Otherwise, I give it a 4.7 star! With 21 people, we had a little bit of everything, and I think the only thing not recommended was the chicken marsala (not terrible, just not great).More

Food was ok. Waiter was great. He made sure we did not over order as portions we very large. Unfortunately, another patron had a issue and did not make it to bathroom. The staff did not clean it up and only make jokes. Very unsatisfactory...and disgusting. Never have seen something like this not cleaned up immediately.More

As a full time resident of the town, I am anxious to see all businesses succeed. But our experience tonight made us determine not to return to Sauce on the Maggie. The salads were delicious. The entrees were average. And the scallops (my favorite), while...tasty, were swimming in a cream sauce that was never even mentioned on the menu. When I pointed out to our server that the scallops were supposed to have a balsamic reduction sauce - and that there was no mention of cream sauce on the menu - she stated that not everyone knows what balsamic reduction sauce is. I may not know the specific method of preparing a balsamic reduction, but I am certain it does not include a rich, creamy base. As we were leaving, we pleasantly wished the staff a good night, but they barely acknowledged us while they were engaged in their own private conversation. It couldn’t have been because they were busy. There were only 4 tables filled in the whole restaurant. What a disappointment!!More

We love the Sauce on the Blue so we thought we’d try this one and we heard they had a great happy hour. First our waiter told us happy hour was only at the bar. Not true. Another customer gave us the happy hour menu...which clearly stated the patio was included. Our pizza was good but the appetizers were really marginal (shrimp, burrata capers e, fried ravioli. When we got the bill, it was partially ours and partially the table next to ours. When he redid the bill, he left off the happy hour discount for the cocktails and the 10” pizza. We just paid the bill (inflated about $5 and cut our losses. I also heard the folks at the table behind us complaining that the happy hour discount was left off their bill. I can only hope that the food and service inside this very busy restaurant is better. We won’t not be back.More
