It was a recent Monday night. Four of us came for Frasca's lauded $50 Tasting Menu and the accompanying $45 Wine Flight. Hopes were high for an excellent meal. Hopes were dashed by mostly mediocre food matched by quite ordinary wine. We started with a satisfactory charcuterie plate ($18 extra) but it was mostly downhill from there. The Antipasto (1st... Tasty, creative offerings, nicely presented, european ambience. Interesting wine choices. Monday's taster menu is the best value - $50 for a three course meal; the price jacks other days. Nice for a special occasion, but not for regular dining - too expensive

Simply put Frasca is a really good restaurant. My wife and I enjoyed the four course menu and a nice Brunello recently. Everything was perfect, food perfect, wine perfect, ambiance perfect, service perfect. Frasca is clearly at the high end for Boulder price-wise, but you actually get more than you pay for.

Having eaten at Frasca many times since it first opened a recent visit confirmed a simple fact. It is a very good restaurant. Is it as good as it once was? I don't believe so. The wine list is still great. The conception and preparation of the dishes varies more than it once did. The service is un-even. If they... More

Loved it. Yes, portions are small and it is pricey, but when doing a four course fixed price tasting, it is to be expected if you want to finish without feeling stuffed. From the bread, to the wine, to accommodating gluten free, vegan and pesca-vegetarian, we threw it all at them and they handled it without a hitch. Great experience.

Typically we do not frequent this type of high end dining. That being said, the food was a taste dream. Every course was a culinary delight. Expensive? Well it was to us but it is the type of grand experience that makes you realize that sometimes you just have to do it. The staff and sommelier were extremely helpful explaining... More

This is our special occasion restaurant. The service is always as impeccable as the food. They will happily take into account any food dislikes and are happy to make menu suggestions. There are 2 fixed menus, and you can order ala cart from the fewer course menu. My husband and I had 1 -4 course option, with added ala cart... More

This place was so over-the-top good I'm not sure I'm qualified to review it. The food was really really good. I've been wanting to eat pigeon ("squab") for a long time and they serve it,and I ate it. All of the food was outrageously good, the service was even a little better than that. Your water glass it will never... More
