While the food is excellent, we were extremely discouraged when the staff seemed in a rush to get our table. We were enjoying a final table discussion and the head waiter came up asking us if we "were done". Not a very friendly way to end what had been an enjoyable dinner.

Food was overall very disappointing. Atmosphere was very nice. We had the 4 course dinner $78 per person. First plate scallops and cured salmon were good. 2nd plate Both pasta dishes were bland and odd tasting. 3rd plate lamb was tasteless, grisly and I had to send it back. Waygu beef rib eye was dry, not much flavor. All food... More

Count on excellent service, food and the wine menu...it's pricey, but worth it if you order what you like.

Frasca remains the premiere dining experience in the Denver-Boulder area. We've been here several times over the past 10 years and each time the experience is heads and tails above most restaurants. We were here this time for the Monday Wine Dinner--$50 for a 4 course tasting menu. Wine pairings (always a treat with a Bobby Stuckey restaurant) were an... More

Service team was very efficient and super friendly. Food was excellent as was the wine list. Can't go wrong. You know how sometimes you go to super nice, super fancy place with great recommendations, and you order and something comes out and it misses, it's not bad but its not "all that" some how this happens almost invariably for me,... A bit pricy but what you get for the money is really excellent food and service. This is the kind of cuisine I like : focused on pure taste, ingredients, presentation, customer service and less on volume and speed. I'm traveling a lot between Europe and Boulder so I will come back for sure !

Excellent service / gracious but not uptight -- Phenomenal and creative dishes -- negatives -- don't order the deconstructed chicken -- and the list of wines by the glass is far too skimpy -- surprising for a place with perhaps the best wine list in the State

We came for our anniversary-- they had "happy anniversary" printed on our menu, the staff was all very gracious and attentive, and the food was DIVINE! we did the 4 course menu with wine pairings and everything was great. We were very happy with the overall experience.

OK, it's gourmet. Small plates, excellent presentations. They have a half glass pairing of wines that we took advantage of, and trust your server for the recommendations. We had the four course plating for 79 bucks a head, plus the salumi sampler and a dish of olives. Everything was excellent except the pasta course (surprising for an Italian joint...). My... More

We returned to Frasca last month for one of their guest chef dinners, that was to be a special beer pairing, a first for Frasca. I already was familiar with Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergso,a Danish rogue brewer, and the head of the Evil Twin Brewing, so I knew I would like the beer. The chef, Daniel Burns, has worked in a number of...
