This restaurant is an escape from Boulder, with an Argentine decor and atmosphere. The staff members are very friendly and helpful describing the various items on the menu.
The Empanadas are delicious. I especially enjoyed the mushroom and the chicken empanadas. They nave a nice selection of beer, wine, espresso, and even Yerba Mate. The selections of salads, sandwiches and desserts satisfy the taste of customers who aren’t in the mood for only empanadas.
You’ll be happy if you take the time to try Rincon Argentino!

We decided to try Rincon Argentino upon recommendation from Boulder locals, and we were very glad we did.
Located in a very busy shopping area not far from CU and downtown, the restaurant is a local favorite and usually features a line of customers waiting out the door. One can order at the counter, online, or by phone.
The empanadas were served fresh and were absolutely delicious. Menu items were made from scratch, and three salsas were available to accompany the meal. Three empanadas apiece were perfectly satisfying for a lunch serving. Drinks were self serve. We dined outside where there were several tables available, and social distancing was practiced throughout the restaurant.
Bottom Line: We will definitely stop at Rincon Argentino the next time we're in Boulder.

Food was very good. Casual atmosphere inside and out. Empanadas are not big so if you're hungry you'll need at least three at $4.15 each. Staff was not really friendly but basically just took your order. Good variety and nice snack or light lunch place.

I have loved this place for years, the empanadas are delicious. But they aren’t very big, and you need at least three to count for even a light lunch.Yet they just raised the price significantly again, to $4.35 per empanada. I notice I’m regretfully not coming as often now that they cost this much. And you only get complimentary sauce if you buy at least three.

The brick oven and unique take on salsas make the difference at Rincon Argentina. Delicious empanadas in a variety of flavors. One of our top two favorite meals while touring the Rockies in June 2020. The family is looking forward to going back when in Boulder.

The food was exceptional! The empanada pastry was delicate and flakey and the fillings perfectly spiced. We ordered online for takeout, which is dicey sometimes, but not here. The order was ready when it was supposed to be ready. It’s a cute little place with really great food…and price wise, a stellar bargain. Two empanadas were plenty filling.

If you like empanadas, go here. They have a stunning variety of time, plus chimichuirri sauce and salsa verde to dip them in. You can even buy a bunch frozen to take home. Cute little place, will be back next time I'm in Boulder.

Good empanadas, although portions are small. The flan and alfajores were delicious. The cashier guy could use some customer service training. Smiles and kindness are ok to use w customers.

These were some really great empanadas. They were generously stuffed with filling. There were multiple fillings from which to choose. We hadn’t eaten all day and were famished so ordered 3 per person. Probably 2?would be adequate for most people. The mild sauce suited me well but my husband preferred the hot sauce.

This is my favorite place to stop for lunch. The empanadas are always perfectly delicious. Good salads and sandwiches and a fine Argentine Malbec. It’s always packed. Nice to take some frozen empanadas home too. Such nice employees.

Came here mid-afternoon recently for lunch and were lucky to find an empty table. While deciding what to select for lunch, we have a very reasonably priced beer. My choice was Tradicional and my family had similar choices. Had an very reasonably priced excellent beer with my meal.

We were in Longmont for a week to visit family. During that week we went to this delightful and delicious restaurant 3 TIMES!! Last evening in town and all agreed that we needed to go back (even though it was out of our way) for one last meal before our flight. Go, enjoy!!!

Im Argentine, lived in the US for 55 years now..have tried several Argentine lunch/dinner places throughout the years and I can honestly say that Rincon Argentino is as close as you will ever get to Argentine food.
The empanadas are the original way of cooking them, salads and their menu is right on!...
Their staff is so friendly and helpful in guiding you to the right meal...the environment is cozy and inviting...well done.
We didn't have much time for lunch because we were going to another appointment, but the food was ready quite quickly.
We had # 1 Empnadas and a second serving of another variety.
I have discovered a new place to eat when I am reminiscing about Argentina...

The place stays busy! But you can get in and out quickly. The chicken sandwich #19 was delicious! The bread is perfect. We had 4 empanadas they all were yummy but the mushroom one stands out the most. If you are visiting the area you must stop here!
