Amazing crepes and Cubans. Very nice staff but very slow service. Seemed overwhelmed and other reviews said the same.

I had never thought of Foolish Craig's as an option for breakfast so decided to go with a friend who was treating me for my birthday. They have some nice options that are enough for two meals. Great veggie combos, eggs, natural meats, crepes, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

We visited for a late breakfast before strolling around the downtown area. I don't like eggs, so my choices can be limited. I ordered what may be more of a dessert, but it was amazing. To make the cake, they layer 20 crepes, soak them in a butter rum sauce, then top with a fluffy cream cheese frosting. Your serving... More

Got here at approximately 9am, and, happily, no wait for a table. Service and coffee was prompt and good. I had the Chicken Eggs Benedict (it was national english muffin day after all...) while the wife had the corned beef hash. Both dishes were great, home made corned beef has very hearty. Green chile which I choose to have my... More

Breakfast was very good with lots of options for everyone. The atmosphere is lively and the service was excellent. We were happy with our choice to have breakfast here.

Went there based on its Diners Drive Ins and Dives listing. Not disappointed. While it has an extensive breakfast menu, we were there for lunch. The Cuban sandwich is first-rate and the Guacamole BLT is equally good. Service is quick, atmosphere a little funky, and prices fair. Gotta try bkfst someday when we return.

Crepe's are amazing! Big enough to share. Bacon is great too. Had to wait about 25 minutes to get in.

Very good food and atmosphere. We sat outside to dine. The weather was very enjoyable that day. The food was fresh and ordered as prepared. Was originally planning to go to snooze am eatery but due to the wait time came here it was located right next to it and glad that we did. Would definitely return again!

A friend told us this was her favorite place in Boulder, she is a student so we expected a funky place that was probably not expensive. When we saw that Foolish Craig's had been featured on triple D we thought cool let's check it out. It really wasn't that great, the menu was interesting so we thought we were in... More

BLT Guacamole and the mac n cheese with jalapeños and bacon were soooooo good. Coffee was weak, but that could be only our taste. Cute decor and good location. If we weren't from out of town that would be a regular spot for us.
